I stopped by in the AM for an oil change. I didn't make an appointment beforehand or anything, but they were happy to accommodate. But as it turns out, it was quite early for an oil change and I didn't need it. They reset my car system sensor so the alert disappeared and sent me on my way, no charge. This was my second time visiting, and I think it'll be my go-to for car maintenance from now on. I'll gladly support this business.

Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. Before I could make a decision, one of my rotors unfortunately snapped while driving, and I immediately called P&W. They ordered the parts the same day and had my car fixed within about 5 hours, replacing all four brake pads and all four rotors for around $1100. This seemed reasonable compared to the BMW dealership quote of $800 for just the rear brake pads alone. Dennis also did a thorough inspection, pointed out a few future issues to keep an eye on, and told me he'd keep everything noted in my file for when I'm ready to tackle those repairs. The team there was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you need repairs.

Okay, so I looked up the price for a new one and almost had a heart attack! My car is a 2005 Acura RL, and the part cost well over $3500.00! So, I decided to take a chance and buy a used one off of eBay, for about $340.00. But, I still needed to get it installed...well, why not? Okay, so I had not been to this shop before, but because the estimate is free, I stopped by to get one. The owner told me he'd do it for $200.00, which is what I was thinking it would cost to have it installed. So, we made arrangements to have the work done on 12/26/2025. When I dropped the car off, I also asked to have the power steering pump checked for leaks. He said he will check that out and let me know. A little while later he called and said the reservoir had a crack and the part would cost only $50.00. I asked how much for the labor and he said, "no charge, since he had to remove it to get to the VSA module". WOW! That's what I call an honest, reliable owner! Only had to pay for the part! So, since he could get the part right away, I said to go ahead and replace it. The VSA module was also replaced the same day, and my car was good to go. I liked this place so much, that my better half brought her car here for servicing as well. She asked him to also check for an oil leak. He found it and said it would be an additional $90 to fix the leak by replacing the part. Very reasonable we thought, so she told him to do the work. Her car was finished in a timely manner, and all work done was very reasonably price, and he charged the price he quoted. So far, neither of us has had any problems with the service that was done. Both cars work great, and will be back when future servicing is needed. I highly recommend this business!
