Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. Took my fathers 2004 Landcruiser here after he passed it down to me and it needed alot of work done. I was picky about what mechanic shop to take it to but I was referred here by a previous customer who is a friend. All I can say is they are very thorough with there work, fair with the prices, and exceptional with customer service. All in all a five star customer experience. I was greeted by a kind and knowledgable staff and was given a clear and concise recipe for bringing my Landcruiser back to spec. They are very knowledgable when it comes to 4x4s and "offroaders" and they offered me many interesting options for things I could do down the line to make my Landcruiser into the "overlanding" rig I want it to become. Carroll's checked the alignment and didn't find any problems. The mechanic said there is no charge since no work was needed. They also checked my brakes and said they were good for now.
