He is above all personable, friendly, conscientious, and knowledgeable. You will honestly not find anyone better! (And, I've gone through many in the past seven years. Most of them are lazy, dishonest, and scam artists.) I needed help badly with my pool, algae was growing all over the pool. My previous pool company said that they were not responsible but could do an ADDITIONAL acid wash, and it would take them two days, two of them to do the work, and quoted me an high price at first, for a job they were suppose to already be doing. I was not happy, but had to get it done. After the wash it looked better but it was all streaked, I was told the sun would finish bleaching it? In utter frustration, I found and called Armando. He scheduled an appointment to see it for early the next morning. He arrived promptly and inspected the pool. He said that he could do the job the day after and quoted me an unbelievably reasonable price. He explained to me that he had to pick up the necessary supplies and would be back the next morning. Armando arrived early in the morning, friendly and in good spirits, and went straight to work. At the end first day, he had me go over his work that he had done, to make sure I was satisfied. I saw one small spot but was amazed at what he had accomplished. On the second day, it began just like the previous. He fixed the spot...and made sure I was happy! Armando knocked it out of the park! He finished the job all by himself in just two days. After Armando was finished, I have to say I was totally blown away by the quality of his work. Armando was able to restore my pool to the way it looked when I had it resurfaced a few years back. Since then, I have hired Armando to be my pool guy. He services the pool on the scheduled days, and it has never, never looked better. It took me some time to write this review; because, I wanted to evaluate his quality of service and responsiveness to varying issues. I can say, without a doubt, Armando is the last pool guy you will have to hire.
