I wish I could be zero stars. He started off with providing good service. Last couple of months he wont respond to texts or calls. My spa ran out of water I had to find out from my renters. Took many calls and texts to get him to finally go out. the lack of water burned the pump. My cover was broken which he didnt care to tell me and my filters had not been replaced. stay far away from this guy. his service and communication is terrible. read more

I called to get an estimate on pool services. Edwin wanted to come by immediately. Why is it, that when I call any service in this area, that is a landscaper, a pool maintenance, or whatever, they all want to come over "right now". I am a busy person, with a full time job. I need to schedule things. Why is the assumption in this valley that it's my second home or I'm retired? So, in trying to schedule a time, there was no follow up. He never got back to me. Whatever. Edwin came over to our house to give us an estimate and honestly, it looked like he just pulled some insane number out of his head and said to me, "the spa you want to put in inside your pool, is going to cost you pretty much the same as a new pool". It was so ridiculous, I stopped listening to him after that statement. He never contacted us with an estimate, even though he told me he will have it for me the next day. Thought Edwin was a standup guy and a good business person when we first met and interviewed him to clran our spa. Then we ran into an issue. We live in Indio and during Coachella his technician did not show up to clean our spa on three (3) Fridays. The technician claimed he could not get into our community which was a lie. Regardless, we brought this to Edwins' attention and thought he woudl give us a credit for the 3 days that his technician did not show up. Instead of giving us a credit he told us to go find another company to clean our spa. Seriously. Not the way to handle a disagreement. No warning just '...we are not doing your clenaing any longer...' after 8 months. read more

This pool company is the one of the worst pool companies that I have ever dealt with. There are very unedited about repairs of any kind on the pool. They told me that I needed a new pump because my pump was leaking. I asked them for the exact pump or the newest model comparable to what I already had. To my findings, they installed a pump of there choice. They down graded my pump, stuck the old cable underneath the pool equipment thinking that I wouldn't check their work. I call pentair myself and told them what this company did, so pentair started to question me about my old pentair pump serial and model number and the new one that this company bought to me. Pentair explained to me that they down graded my pump, they should have replaced the old cable that once was attached to the old pump with a new cable and that they should have installed a pump compatibility with my panel outside and my remote inside of the house. Prior to Edwins pool company coming to my house, the pool panel, remote inside of my house, my screen logic that works the pool from my mobile phone, EVERYTHING, was working before I hired Edwins pool company and they told me that my pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Edwin opened my panel and started switching the wires to trouble shoot why the pump that he installed would not communicate with my equipment. I asked Edwin to put everything back the way that he found it. We'll Edwin switched up my wires in my panel outside. Once Edwin put everything back together incorrectly, Edwin blew the remote inside ofy home.. Now Edwin is refusing to replace my remote inside of my home that was working prior to him choosing to down grade my pump. I hired Spear Pools in Winnetka California that came out to install the latest model pump compatible with my equipment and who diagnosed that Edwin had switched all of my wires inside of my panel and blew out shorted the remote inside of my home. the pentair representative recommended a certain model and serial number to me after Edwins pool company screwed up my system. Edwin refuse to pay for what he screwed up and Edwin is telling me that his insurance company won't take care of the problem. Edwin should have never taken on a job that he couldn't handle. It really irritated me when he replaced my pump that had a communication cable hooked up to my outside panel, with a pump that had no communication cable and tucked my cable underneath my pool equipment as if I were a dummy. read more
