I went in with a specific eye issue I am experiencing and after spending 25 minutes with me, he stopped the eye examination and very politely informed me that he could not treat me for the issue I had and did not want to continue on with the exam and waste my time (which was after going through some eye tests and determining what my exact problem was). He was also beyond generous to not charge my insurance for the appointment, even though I took up his very valuable time. He even referred me to a specialist that can properly treat / monitor my condition. I have had bad experiences in the past with doctors, dentists, etc that "treat" you for something just so they can get paid. It is very rare to find someone in this field that you can trust, that is truly honest and looking out for your best interests and Dr. Gresham definitely has these qualities. You can tell he cares about his patients and their well-being and that is personally all I can ever ask for in a doctor. Although he couldn't help me today with my issue, I will not only be back for my annual eye exams but referring family members / friends as well.

They gave a large array of glasses for men and women. They do LASIK as well as Cosmetic procedures along with other eye surgeries as well. The eye exams are excellent they cover everything. Completed my paperwork in about 3 minutes and waited.... The waiting room was packed and the process felt very unorganized.. The paperwork asked for my social security number, mother's maiden name, and place of birth. I refused to give that information and the staff seemed shocked. After waiting 35 minutes in the waiting room lobby, they took me to second waiting room that was packed! There was zero communication, zero instructions, just " wait here".... I watched a person feel her way to a chair after being dilated and she was told to "hang out here "... - as if she had a choice. I waited way too long and treated like cattle considering I was willing to pay $15k out of pocket for vision correction surgery. It's also insane the amount of very very personal financial information they want for a simple eye exam. Respect people's time and financial information. Don't make them feel like they're disposable. Certainly don't make them feel paranoid when they don't trust you with sensitive financial information. Major companies are hacked everyday. Do you think you're immune from data breaches??? I hated the way they made me feel and lost confidence when the receptionist snickered at my refusal to give unnecessary information.

This guy is a joke And shouldn't be in business as a physician. From the moment my wife and son walked in, the interaction felt shockingly unprofessional. The attitude they encountered came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in understanding my son's medical history. Instead of listening or showing even basic respect, the behavior they experienced made them feel talked down to and ignored. The situation became so uncomfortable and disrespectful that my wife and son chose to walk out rather than continue the appointment. That alone should say everything. Based on our experience, this is not a place we would ever trust with our family's care.
