I went to see Dr. Gresham today as a new patient and can only say positive things about this doctor…read moreand his practice. I went in with a specific eye issue I am experiencing and after spending 25 minutes with me, he stopped the eye examination and very politely informed me that he could not treat me for the issue I had and did not want to continue on with the exam and waste my time (which was after going through some eye tests and determining what my exact problem was). He was also beyond generous to not charge my insurance for the appointment, even though I took up his very valuable time. He even referred me to a specialist that can properly treat / monitor my condition. I have had bad experiences in the past with doctors, dentists, etc that "treat" you for something just so they can get paid. It is very rare to find someone in this field that you can trust, that is truly honest and looking out for your best interests and Dr. Gresham definitely has these qualities. You can tell he cares about his patients and their well-being and that is personally all I can ever ask for in a doctor. Although he couldn't help me today with my issue, I will not only be back for my annual eye exams but referring family members / friends as well.

This guy is a joke And shouldn't be in business as a physician. From the moment my wife and son walked in, the interaction felt shockingly unprofessional. Instead of listening or showing even basic respect, the behavior they experienced made them feel talked down to and ignored. Based on our experience, this is not a place we would ever trust with our family's care. I stood and waited for 25 minutes for one of the employees to acknowledge me but neither did. I interrupted one of them and asked to please cancel my appointment.
