So, they just lurk there awkwardly to "help" you. They provide no service or help. Then, when you get in, they just spray your car with soap for about three seconds. Just the front drivers side quarter panel. That's all. They dont scrub, and they don't spray any more than that one quarter panel. So, after they grovel for a tip, they don't do anything. The employees get paid to grovel for tips.

I went in the next day to report it. They said someone would get back to me 24-48 hours later. I called, emailed and stopped in several times over the next couple weeks. Finally an employee gave me the number to the manager and I quote them "you will probably need to spam his phone to get a response." I called several times and finally got a response via email that stated the tapes were reviewed and no damage was done. I was not satisfied with that answer so I continued to call and email with no response. I wanted to see these tapes myself but never heard back from them. I would NOT recommend this car wash. I then contacted the corporate level of Tommy's and they won't do anything. They responded that all the locations are privately owned and operated.

The gas station just south on the corner may have a per-gallon discount if you buy a wash at time of gas purchase - not certain if they're still doing this. I had to replace my car with a beater I haven't been as inclined to wash as often or as thoroughly until next month so I haven't been there for a while. /update Appreciate the free vacuums with wash, the automated one does a good job. Self serve seems average but I avoid it - I prefer knowing I'll get the options I want without running out of time, at the cost I'm expecting. Though, seems the last time I needed to get coins for self serve carpet cleaning there may have been a card-reader option - I was prepared with cash that time but almost never carry cash, so this would be very useful when I do need something from self serve.

This is the worst car wash I have ever! The attendant sprayed my car down, but did not use a brush…read moreor anything to get the bugs off my windshield and from of the car so I still had a dirty windshield and front of my car. Also, the dryers do not dry your car very well so there are water spots everywhere. Knowing that the weather is getting warmer the car wash needs to be aware of this and do a better job with the pre spray. I will not be going back there!!
