Carls jr has been my family diner for 19 years. The Eagle Point Carls for 10 years. In the last 9 days my meal price changed 3 times. My meal is a small Cali XL, sm fries, and a med coke. 4-14-26 $9.71, they gave me a med cup and thank you, they did this for a while. 4-16-26 same order w/ med cup $9.98. I was ok with that. The third time the price was $10.16 with my senior discount, I was charged for a med Cali XL. My order hasn't changed. I always show up. If someone had given me their card helping me place my order. Well the hamburger hussie is back. As people's money gets tight, and prices went up this seems like bad marketing. Someone tried to steal the hussies poster after the Super bowl which would have given us the view of the sounding area. Carl's Jr is better than this. Your late night ad is great . My wife and I ate at Carl's Jr. in Eagle Point, OR yesterday. I can't be sure, but I'm 90 percent sure the food -- probably the hamburger -- was bad. A couple hours later, I felt extremely sick and remained so throughout the night. I'm still not doing well now, more than 24 hours later. My wife is not feeling well either. We felt fine before that. The place appeared clean enough. The guy behind the counter seemed like he'd rather be somewhere else (perhaps understandably so). If you eat there, please be careful. No matter what, there are surely better places to eat in Eagle Point and the surrounding area. read more

Burger had too much sauce and was a soggy sloppy mess. Every time I give this place a chance the burgers are always not good. Breakfast is pretty much all I go here. Such a wonderful experience, thankful they were open and provided fast good food. The staff was SO unbelievably nice and flexible by helping us and letting us use the restroom. Such a positive experience as we were starting to get really lost in Oregon. s/o the manager? He was amazing! read more

Went through Sunday August 14th around noon. The staff was so friendly and everything was cooked to perfection.

2nd time I have been here. Burger patties pre-cooked and cold. Cheese unmelted. I will drive further next time and enjoy an hot burger.

Love to eat here because the staff are super nice and they always make my food right. I eat here alot and never had a problem.

Avoid this place like the plague. Food is never good tasting and is often incorrectly made or intentionally ruined by the cackling employees in the back who have a big grin when they hand you the food they most likely screwed up. Today October 19th I decided to try them again, I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches without lettuce. I was handed the food and left. I have to check my food now, as Carl's Jr has taught me that you cannot trust them. Sure enough on both sandwiches I had a single piece of lettuce. No, it wasn't the shredded kind, but a chunk of leaf lettuce staring at me in defiance. If you are a lucky customer who enjoys Carl's Jr. Kudos, but if you aren't lucky, start disassembling your food and look for hair, spit, and disappointment read more

I would recommend this particular Carl's jr over other ones that I have eaten at. The burgers are always tasty. I personally think the lettuce used is below par and served on the burgers in large inedible chunks. Nothing i have ever ordered made my stomach upset, and it is known that sometimes fast food can be terrible. Overall, good job :) read more

Nice to have it there but emergencies only! If you are needing breakfast go to Walmart and get a poptart...CJ's is not a good spot for breakfast. Burgers are consistently sloppy mess but every once in a while they're halfway decent. We use this restaurant as emergency only. Staff is great, nice building and clean. I just received what was without a doubt the most disgusting burger of my life. I've gotten better burgers at a gas station. We went through the drive thru and when I unwrapped my burger I couldn't see the meat they had slopped so much mayo and ketchup on it, never mind that it looked like it was slapped together. I might as well just eat straight from a jar of mayonnaise it wouldn't have been much different. I tried eating it but all I could taste was mayo. And when I tried to call to speak with a manager I went straight to an over full voicemail so I not only was unable to speak to a live person but I couldn't even leave a message. Ok I am going to be more than fair with this review..The first time i went it was busy and they told me what i wanted wasnt available at the time "but it was on the menu" so i got stuck in the drive through for nothing and they didnt even seem to care ! Second time was last night I ordered the six dollar burger and O rings the rings were very good But my burger was dry had big hunks of lettuce and the tomatoe was half green which pretty much ruins it in my opinion. Conclusion ..They dont care about quality and we need to stop letting them get away w/ it !!! read more

Terrible service, person at counter was rude, food was delivered to our table , he never said a word to us or asked us if we needed sauce, we had to go to counter to get sauce and he was rude again, the breakfast was terrible and over priced , we will never go there again!!!!. I have gone to this Carl's Jr. several times since I moved to Eagle Point. Each time I kick myself for going. I have only once gotten my order correct in the drive thru. Today, I ask for my order the same as always. No cheese and no special sauce. (I hate ketchup) Today I get home and I got extra special sauce! I called and was told to bring it back. Went today and ordered special orders. One with cheese and one without sauce (dry). They got both orders wrong(no cheese on one and sauce on the other). Needless to say I did get charged for the cheese that they didn't put on the burger. It seemed like they were too busy to try and get them correct. Carl's Jr. sucks. If I could give it negative stars I would. I work there so I know all the dirty secrets. First off, it's unsanitary. None of the stuff gets cleaned as much as it should. There are constantly things wrong with the store, like the water pressure is so bad that sometimes the dishes don't get washed properly. Secondly, the food is garbage. The burger patties are red bricks until we put them through the nasty char that somehow converts them into somewhat edible mass. The "All Natural" burgers look no different, the advertising for that is a straight up lie. The employees might seem nice, but behind closed doors the management is nastier than the food. There is plenty of harrassment, and even when reported nothing is done about it. The kindest and most hard working employees get blamed for when the stuck up, lazy employees complain. They're honestly complaining out of boredom. Plenty of employees are harrassed for their race, gender, sexuality, and illness--all of which are illegal and go against the contracts you sign when you get the job. No one should support this ridiculous corporate business. read more
