A haiku review: Drive thru, 10 min wait 3rd time I've had In-N-Out Didn't disappoint Fries - animal style Gooey, cheesy, saucy.. mmm! Chopped onions on top Double double burg Hefty portions for cheap price I can see the hype

Quick service and decent quality. It's right near the airport and stores so it gets quite busy but there's adequate parking as well as seating. Was able to find a seat and orders came out quickly. Ordered a double double, animals style fries, and a protein style burger with the special sauce on the side. Everything was made right and it was a nice and easy meal. I did notice that it does have a different taste compared to California but that's besides the point. Would stop here again!

I had the best and worst In-N-Out burger here. My usual order is a double meat hamburger with whole grilled onions and no spread. I also request it mustard grilled, which includes pickles. I've had over three decades of California In-N-Out burgers, and my first burger here tasted so delicious that I couldn't stop thinking about it. The hamburger patties were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The veggies tasted very fresh. I came back a few weeks later after having that memorable burger, and it was very disappointing. The bread fell apart in a way I've never seen before. The hamburger tasted different. There was a sourness that I couldn't pinpoint the source if it maybe was too much mustard, the pickles, or bad quality meat. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I couldn't finish my burger. My husband said his burger wasn't as good too. From having a 5 star burger to a 1 star burger, I will not stop here again. The service was 2 stars because this location did not provide consistently good quality food like other locations. The fries also tasted different each time because it was too salty during the first visit. If you are on a long road trip passing through with an In-N-Out craving, then I recommend going to the Grants Pass location instead.

For a high trafficed fast food restaurant this place is kept clean. The order is smooth and the speed of delivery is amazing. The service is great as the staff is really attentive to your needs and try everything to help you out. This is one of the RARE occasions that the food hits 3 stars but the price of in and out just makes it a 4 star. Definitely come if you need some good cheap burgers! Oh, definitely google secret menu and make sure you know what you can add before you make your order. It makes the experience very fun!

If In-N-Out is your jam and you're looking to satisfy that craving, this location will get it done for you. Located right off the highway with ample parking, it got busy shortly after opening at 10:30am. The gentleman at the register was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming by, and I appreciated his cheery demeanor at 10:40am today. The restaurant was clean, and I was shocked by the price in a good way!

Yes yes yes, we come to the coast typically once a year. After we leave the airport and on our way back we eat this amazing....delicious....spectacular burger

Oregon you are amazing!

Retro This location is bright, clean and inviting. We chose to navigate the drive-thru. Guest service starts as soon as you enter. There is a person meeting you and gathering your order. When arriving to the first window they are repeating and confirming your order. The second window is fully aware of your order and less than 10 minutes we are ready to eat! We enjoyed sitting in our truck and enjoying our late night dinner! Thank you!

I said it before and I'll say it again: In-N-Out Burger is overrated. I don't care how many Californians try to convince me otherwise, this burger is just not the best. At all. I mean, it's fine and yes, it's cheap. But it's not anything special. We visited In-N-Out when we arrived to Medford as my partner's grandma loves this place and wanted to eat here because the rest of the family from Washington state loves visiting In-N-Out when they're visiting. So of course naturally, you'd think we'd be on this popular bandwagon, but I cannot join. It was as expected as with every time I eat it - satisfactory. We shared the animal style fries and regular fries and I had an animal style cheeseburger. The eatery on a Friday around lunch time was packed, with a drive-thru line that curved around the parking lot. We dined in, which was busy inside; however, the tables cleared quickly. Burger was okay. I prefer burgers when the meat is bigger than the bread and it's the complete opposite here. If you like tasting more of the bun than the beef, then In-N-Out is your jam, I guess. I don't like thin ass burger patties. Fries were lukewarm and not crispy. I don't care how cheap In-N-Out is, it's a burger that I'll never crave.

You are a BUN in a million !! We stop at this In-N-Out every time we are in Medford and feel like we need to move here just for this . Amazing Burgers and delicious fries and the thick shake to go with it . Calories can go suck it up !! The staff is sweet and the wait has never been too long . The location is well maintained with plenty of seating and clean restrooms .

We decided to dine in since we had some time before we catch our UA flight back to Honolulu, HI. We decided on In-N-Out Burger since there's is no such burger place like this in Hawaii. Crew members were friendly and customer service was quick. Nice clean place for a quick meal with families and friends. I ordered my burger meal as "Animal Style". Try it as I think you would like it

This was a convenient location for us during our winter roadtrip. They are located at the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford located right near Kohl's. They were a busy location with a long drive thru line and a shorter line of people ordering inside. They had an ample amount of cashiers working inside to make things go faster. We ordered a couple of double singles. The food was ready within 10 minutes. They burgers seemed look and taste better here than in California. It was a good quick stop for us so that I could drive another 4 1/2 hours.

Growing up in SoCal and living within a block of In-N-Out, can't go wrong with their burgers. It's a solid 4 all day and sometimes 4.5. Happened to pass by the Medford location which was super busy so good for them but noticed that they over salt the burgers and fries here and so noticeable especially on the burgers. I now understood while I was waiting for my order that someone was ordering "no salt" on their burger/fries entire order. Staff was friendly and like I said, place is super busy. Probably skip this location though.

The food was really good and the price was great. They had a long line but it was moving really fast. I wish we had one in Spokane.

Here I believe it's of love and passion for their business plus the high quality of ingredients used. The menu alone is well thought out. They have their top specialties, half or whole sandwiches, tots, fries, soups and if that doesn't make your mouth water you can create your own cheese melt or customize yours with add ons. I opted for my standard go to, grilled cheese with tomatoes and my side was fries. Can I tell you that this makes my mouth water reflecting on how crispy the bread, gooey the cheese, french fries dipped in the special sauce (yum), not to mention the grilled cheese chip which was first to go. An absolute go to if you're in the area.

Personally I had never heard of them, but she told me that they're know to make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and that's when I knew we had to stop by. My coworker ordered the standard with a side of tots and a drink. I ended up asking the nice lady at the counter what she recommend for someone who was allergic to pork and was told about their turkey melt which is like the standard, but has a garlic mayo, grilled onions and mushrooms, and oven roasted turkey (my mouth is watering again) and I topped it off with a side of tots and melted cheese. As you can see from my picture we're lucky I was even able to remember to snap one before I devoured the whole thing. I do have a question about this food truck. I had asked if they were open on weekends and was told that they in fact were, but I can't seem to find their hours/location for Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone know?

Had a wonderful experience at my first time eating at Lucy's Taco Shop! I ate in their spotless…read moredining area (the restroom was immaculate too). They have a huge menu on display. There are 27 combo plates that include rice and refried beans. Most are bargain priced at $14.25 (only three were $17 for shrimp). I had a burrito bowl with carnitas. It was very tasty with a large portion of pork, pico de gallo, rice, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream topped with shredded lettuce and cheese. It was a lot to eat for $13. Portions are substantial and most patrons left with a box to take the remainder of their meals home. They have long hours from 7 am to 11 pm seven days a week. I noticed that they have an extensive breakfast menu too. Delivery of the food was very fast both for the dining in and drive-thru customers. One thing to note about their location. They're in the former Jack in the Box building on the corner of Cheryl Lane and Highway 99 across from the vacant Ray's Food Place in Phoenix. If you're driving from the south on Highway 99 you cannot cross the median to drive into the restaurant. You need to turn left at the light into the Ray's parking lot (or drive straight at the light into Ray's if coming from I-5), turn right and cross Cheryl Lane to get into their parking area or turn into the drive-thru for Lucy's Taco Shop. Leaving is back through the parking area to Cheryl Lane. Phoenix has a confusing interchange to get onto I-5. When you're leaving. drive past the Chevron station to turn left by the former Rite Aid to head towards the freeway entrances. Join Highway 99 in either direction from the light coming out of Ray's parking lot. It's worth the driving logistics the first time to get to Lucy's Taco Shop to support this family owned business. I know it won't be the last time I eat there!
