I just flew into Medford here and got picked up by my crew at the airport. First order of business is FOOD! I GPS'ed an In N Out in town not too far away. In N Out always pleases everybody, and me too! We get there no prob and find parking easy. We all go in cause we'll dine inside. Order was taken super efficient as usual. I'm paying, so I just put in the order, rather than have each one of the crew do it separate. I pretty much know what they like by this point. The one other girl on the crew wants a double double lettuce wrapped, I think that's called "protein style". Basically it double doubles for the rest of the crew, animal style of course and extra grilled onions. Plus an order of fries for everybody. The cashier repeats the order and I confirm and pay with the credit card. Food is up in not too long and it takes two of us to carry it back to the table. It's all hot and tasty as usual. This location is quick and efficient, with truly courteous and professional staff at every point of contact. I recommend that you go through the drive-through and eat it parked in your car--there's plenty of parking. You should come here regularly! I do. The Double-Double is the burger to get! You can order it any way you want it--people get too creative--but just ordering the original with raw onions is still the best, IMO. I actually also like the fries as is. If you go into the restaurant you'll see that they take the actual potato, cut it fresh, and cage fry it. No hacks here to double frying or Freezing it, or adding additional ingredients to make it crispier. These are fresh cut, fried, and they're delicious. Have fun! read more

I had the best and worst In-N-Out burger here. My usual order is a double meat hamburger with whole grilled onions and no spread. I also request it mustard grilled, which includes pickles. I've had over three decades of California In-N-Out burgers, and my first burger here tasted so delicious that I couldn't stop thinking about it. The hamburger patties were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The veggies tasted very fresh. I came back a few weeks later after having that memorable burger, and it was very disappointing. The bread fell apart in a way I've never seen before. The hamburger tasted different. There was a sourness that I couldn't pinpoint the source if it maybe was too much mustard, the pickles, or bad quality meat. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I couldn't finish my burger. My husband said his burger wasn't as good too. From having a 5 star burger to a 1 star burger, I will not stop here again. The service was 2 stars because this location did not provide consistently good quality food like other locations. The fries also tasted different each time because it was too salty during the first visit. If you are on a long road trip passing through with an In-N-Out craving, then I recommend going to the Grants Pass location instead. read more

For a high trafficed fast food restaurant this place is kept clean. The order is smooth and the speed of delivery is amazing. The service is great as the staff is really attentive to your needs and try everything to help you out. This is one of the RARE occasions that the food hits 3 stars but the price of in and out just makes it a 4 star. Definitely come if you need some good cheap burgers! Me and my cousins decided to get In-N-Out last night, and usually when we go, we always get good customer service. But last night was totally the opposite. When we got into the drive-thru, our order was taken by an Asian boy--I didn't catch his name, but that's the best way I can describe him. He had the worst attitude ever; he was rushing us, and his facial expressions said it all. I just didn't appreciate his customer service. Then, when we got to the window, the person who I'm assuming was the manager because she had a red apron on, acted the same way--rushed to give us our bags and didn't even ask if we needed ketchup, spread, or anything else. She just said, "Thank you, have a nice night." I had to say, "Excuse me, could we please get a handful of spread and ketchup?" We eventually got some, but she definitely had attitude too. Finally, when I parked in the lot next to the drive-thru, the first employee saw us, made an ugly face, and turned around. I've also noticed that this location is a favorite for police officers and first responders late at night, which speaks to the service and quality here. We shared the animal style fries and regular fries and I had an animal style cheeseburger. The eatery on a Friday around lunch time was packed, with a drive-thru line that curved around the parking lot. We dined in, which was busy inside; however, the tables cleared quickly. Burger was okay. I prefer burgers when the meat is bigger than the bread and it's the complete opposite here. If you like tasting more of the bun than the beef, then In-N-Out is your jam, I guess. This was a convenient location for us during our winter roadtrip. They are located at the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford located right near Kohl's. They were a busy location with a long drive thru line and a shorter line of people ordering inside. They had an ample amount of cashiers working inside to make things go faster. We ordered a couple of double singles. The food was ready within 10 minutes. They burgers seemed look and taste better here than in California. Growing up in SoCal and living within a block of In-N-Out, can't go wrong with their burgers. It's a solid 4 all day and sometimes 4.5. Happened to pass by the Medford location which was super busy so good for them but noticed that they over salt the burgers and fries here and so noticeable especially on the burgers. I now understood while I was waiting for my order that someone was ordering "no salt" on their burger/fries entire order. Staff was friendly and like I said, place is super busy. One time it will be perfect the next waaay undercooked with fully pink patty and soggy cold wet fries and lettuce wrap with be oily and soggy (never had this happen in LA) and the next time will be sooo overcooked hard as rock fries that break your jaw and black dry patty. The food is always fresh and made to order here. The service on Sunday, May 4th 2025, was extremely organized. The restrooms are located towards the right of the order counter. There are markers on the ground to indicate social distancing. The staff member who took our order was extremely friendly and energetic. What was ordered: - Animal Fries (extra well done with yummy sauce) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The ordering process was easy and although we had a slight issue with our gift cards, they were able to work things out for us. I arrived on a Saturday night and there was a huge line for drive-thru but only a couple people ordering inside. There is a huge parking lot so there was ample parking. I get my usual order: double double animal style ($4.15) with fries well done ($1.95). Beware that if you get your fries well done the order will take a little longer, but it is well worth the wait because even 10-15 minutes after I got my order they were still super crispy. Don't forget to ask for their spread because I love dipping the fries in it. It seems like every time I go to an In-N-Out I never have a bad experience. It doesn't matter where or which state I eat one in, it always tastes the same. Since I don't live near one anymore, when I am able to eat it I get a little emotional because I miss it so much.
