I just had this company remove a heat pump with electric back up and install a gas furnace with…read moreairconditioner. Received a quote from Terry and was informed that I needed to have the gas company come to increase the pressure. I got a date from the gas company for Mar 6 2019. Terry than made arrangements to have his crew come on Mar 5 and Mar 6 to perform the removal of the old system and install the new one. On Mar 5 the crew arrived on time and worked all day to remove the old system and get the new system in place plus do some of the installation. On Mar 6 the gas company came to increase the pressure and the Bennett crew continued with the installation. By the end of the afternoon all the work was completed and all the old system had been taken away and the work site cleaned up. We found everyone on the removal and installation to be very professional, hard working, polite and friendly. From the experience we had this company gets 5 stars out of 5. We are also so happy to now get some decent heat in the house.

All in all - 21 degrees stayed with us thru all the issues - it was frustrating for them too - everything is warm and cozy here and we're very satisfied.
