Honestly, I would say the pumps are working around 70% of the time which is baffling. I went today to an awesome "pump stopped" message on all the pumps, what a surprise! Of course I was on E. One of the employees enjoyed watching me pull up and try to figure out what was going on, didn't say a word. Secondly, you can't use your card on transactions under 10$? So if you try and pick up a pack of smokes you NEED cash. It pisses me off when business are this cheap and cut corners like this. To top it off, highest gas prices in Delaware County!

I have been going here for car repairs for several years and realized I had never reviewed it…read more Given how important online ratings can be to a business, I figured it was only fair to the Qyst folks that I shared my experiences. I have several cars, from a 1967 through a 2016, and have had most of them here for various repairs or for tires. They can do newer high-tech cars relying on scanner codes and they can do old cars where all the diagnostics are done with the mechanic's eyes and skills. No matter the car, I have been satisfied EVERY time I've visited. Their tire prices are a little higher than the discount places, but not much. I'm happy to spend a few extra dollars for the knowledge that the installation will be trouble free. Appointment wait time is almost always within a week. They are friendly and communicate well throughout the process. If you don't need something, they won't try to sell it. I am thoroughly satisfied with Qyst and will be returning soon I'm sure! Hopefully not TOO soon;-)

They really know how to organize the right people for any project and be a strong advocate for the customer. Recently, my car was in for what would ultimately become a major overhaul (timing chain plus AC replacement and a car inspection). I am out of warranty based on my mileage and so everything would be out of pocket. Each step along the way, Matt kept me informed about the progress with detailed explanations so that a regular person would understand. At key decision points, we discussed the options and the pros/cons for each. He worked his team hard for the best prices on parts and labor time. The time and care that he took are all trademarks of a true professional. I spent several thousand dollars on the work done on my vehicle during this service appointment. Without reservation, I feel that every dollar spent was meticulously scrutinized to ensure maximum value. Big thanks to the service team that worked as my pit crew (Larry, Pat and Bob).
