Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. It's the small-town local hardware store you miss! You don't wander around for 30 minutes looking for help like the big box stores. They carry a really large selection of merchandise- more than you would think could fit into their space. I go there before anywhere else. Prices are reasonable - not much higher, if at all than the box stores. read more

I have to say this is the best hardware store I have ever seen in the past 15 years. They are super friendly and professional and really listen to customers' needs. I went to more than 10 stores in NY, NJ and CT in quest for some masks for my pregnant friend during the Coronavirus outbreak but all the inventory was gone. I am grateful that I came to this store and the people in the store helped me find some boxes of masks. In addition, they also helped me contact the warehouse and let me know once they have additional inventory. It's the quality of service and the kindness of the people that make this store stand out.
