Over the last decade, I have only seen him once a year for my annual physical and standard lab work. Fortunately, I have been in great health. I believed I actually meant something to the practice, but lately, the way the front office is being run has left me with no choice but to find a new provider. I understand that insurance companies are making it harder than ever for practices to survive. However, the high-pressure tactics coming from the front desk have turned a necessary transition to a "membership" model into a personal dealbreaker. For over a month, I've left messages to speak to Dr. Raiman to get a straight answer about the new $400 fee. Because , if I wait too long to pay, I was informed by Liz about a "quota" system, where the price will jump to $3,000 a year (it might be $4,000) once a quota is met. If the messages are being passed and he still won't call, it's clear where I stand. Patty simply told me her job is to "pass the messages" and that, "honestly, Dr. Raiman isn't going to call me back to discuss. He did that in the letter he sent". On top of that there is zero plan to help long-term patients transition to a new provider. Being told that "Dr. Raiman has no recommendations or referrals" and "that I should just find one through my insurance company" is a cold way to end a 10-year history. Being ghosted and told to send my own medical records through a portal is not the professional transition of care I expected. Both Patty and Liz have been argumentative, mean, and dismissive throughout this process. Their "take it or leave it" attitude, blocking access, and the pressure they are applying regarding these fees have effectively ended my time as a patient. It's disappointing to see a decade of trust thrown away because of how the front desk has handled this. Since Liz and Patty are acting as a road block and believe Dr. Raiman will not return my call, I have no choice but to put up a post.

He's very nice, easy to talk to, explains things well, really cares, and has good bedside manner. He is very responsive when I have an issue or a question. The CS app is very easy to use. I can schedule appointments through the app and message him whenever I need. It's also really nice that after I take test, my results usually pop up pretty fast on the app... I love that! The office is very nice and clean. Elvira has always been very nice and helpful. Another Plus is that they validate parking which is great. He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient.
