    2 years owning the car my overall experience isn't the best. They will drag your repairs until your warranty is expired. They have no idea how to fix foreign cars so they shouldn't sell them. Car salesman screwed me out of car deal hiked up my apr. I really hope repaid department gets new management it's a joke.

    Push gas tank wasn't opening, so I couldn't get gas and was on empty forcing me to break it open or get it towed.

    If you're considering purchasing a car don't buy it from Carmax, especially this one. I recently purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan that was patched up and resold. Shortly after my purchase I began noticing several issues: driver side visor dangles on for dear life because whoever patched it up did a horrible job, the push gas tank doesn't open, at all, so I was unable to get gas, and several scrapes/scratches were revealed after washing the car. When calling the service desk the customer service rep said there was nothing they could do because it was outside of their 30 day return policy, I wouldn't recommend these sleazy car salesmen to anyone.

    I started out with Bill Matariyeh at the CarMax in Chicago he was very congenial. Bill than transferred the BMX X3 to the Kenosha Wisconsin location closer to where I live and that took only 3 days. From there Sergio Patino finished the deal. I would recommend both Sale consultants and rate this experience the highest possible. Check Out my GREATNESS on YOUTUBE! Overall I will rate this experience the highest possible!

However, most of the information was hidden, like it was in an accident with major damage on the report but we were not told or shown it. Now we are stuck with this car and upside down about $40K and they are not willing to do anything about it. Next we are trying to cancel the dealer warranty and can't get a live person to get it cancelled. This has been going on for a week now. I do not recommend this dealership at all. If I could give a negative it would be a -5.

During the test drive I realized it was being used as a personal runner for someone. With personal stuff in the car. Andre was very rude. I told him that the tuck does not have all the bells and whistles I wanted. His response "Do you really need all that". I guess Andre knows what I need and want better than I do. Andre then offered to give me a crazy good deal. I asked him to run the numbers and his response was I am not going to do it unless you are a serious committed buyer. No Andre I came here to waste time. Really??? I asked for his contact and told him I would contact him if I change my mind. He leaves the office to get the business card and does not come back for 25 minutes. Just to find him playing on his phone in the office two doors down. Not cool. BTW expect to get "jumped" by the manager while you are trying to walk out. $70k is a lot of money I am sure not spending it at Kenosha Nissan. When you put that much pressure on a person to make a deal the natural instinct is to walk away.

My girlfriend was interested in purchasing a new car and was only interested in a Honda or Toyota (the best, most reliable cars), so we decided to go to this Honda dealership in Kenosha after our visit to the Toyota dealership down the road, doing our due diligence to price match and wheel and deal. We were greeted by Sales Consultant David Cutts upon arrival and sat down at his desk to go over some available car options in stock here. He began telling us how the owner is his good friend and how they go way back and how he works off commission when we began our conversation. We then showed him our trade in car and did a test drive in 1 car, and he continued to press on what price Toyota was offering for their Corolla we were looking at (did not answer this question and you should not either) and then we went back to his desk to talk pricing and negotiate. His trade in offer for our car was insulting, it was almost 3X less than what Toyota was offering. We were about to just leave, but he calls his manager over and magically the trade in offer was doubled. We then talk price of the car itself, and try to negotiate with David Cutts and his manager. We ultimately weren't able to work out a deal, as they couldn't even come close to the price of the car/trade in car value that Toyota of Kenosha down the road was offering us. David Cutts proceeded to tell us how we wasted an hour of his time, and we told him that it surely wasn't the first and surely will not be the last (not to mention WE ALSO had an hour of our time wasted). He then handed us the key to our vehicle and said nothing else. Due to the shadiness/sneakyness/deception/disrespect of this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend that you take your business elsewhere, preferably to the Toyota dealership down the road, where we actually bought a car that day and they won our business for being the opposite of this Honda location! You work hard for your money, why give it to people that don't respect you?
