Each conversation seemed to change the story, and commitments that were made suddenly no longer applied. Originally were upfront about additional fees and removed the $3K in fees for ceramic coat BS and door guards, but then came another $1K fee hidden that they verbally agreed to waiving on the phone but then refused when he got there. What a waste of a drive, time, and money. We wasted a significant amount of time based on their assurances, only to find out in the end that those promises meant nothing. This kind of inconsistent communication and lack of follow-through is frustrating and unprofessional. If you want other people spending your money, then this is the dealership for you!

We dealt with sales consultant Arnold interested in looking at a 2026 Toyota Corolla. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Of course we had to do the classic negotiation with him and his manager and the whole wheel and deal the whole process of negotiating for buying a new car, but I didn't find any dishonesty/sneakiness that you find at a lot of other car dealerships. Toyota's offer was much more fair than Honda's offer for one of their vehicles and more fair on the trade in value of the car we were trading in and they were willing to price match if we found a better trade in offer elsewhere. Also, the sales consultants do not work off commission here which is a plus for potential buyers. So after dealing with them, and after doing our due diligence checking out Honda Kenosha, we ultimately purchased the 2026 Toyota Corolla from them. I highly recommend Arnold as the salesman you deal with at this location, and I am recommending the location overall if you want to buy a Toyota.

The service team members are top notch in making you feel cared for. Most recently I took my car in for a standard oil change and Lauren took care of me. She went above and beyond to not only personally check on my vehicle's condition but they discovered a low battery and replaced it (as it was under warranty). She mentioned it was very important to her because winter was coming up. That statement made me feel very cared for! I think what made our experience even better was I brought my dog along (this Subaru is very dog friendly) and Lauren went out of her way to bring my dog the cutest "Chewbaru" they had leftover from an adoption event)!
