Came here to have a door lock looked at under 90 day warranty and I bought my truck from another carmax. John in service was super nice and listened to all my questions and they literally got me in and out within 20 minutes!! I had to drive 40 minutes one way so they did everything they could to look at it asap and kept me up to date on the progress. Even topped off my truck and I was out the door super happy! I will be totally coming back here for our next car purchase!!

Well, originally my review was going to be poor since I was sold a car that needed its engine replaced two months after purchasing, but the staff were so on top of helping me get it fixed, I changed my mind:) I was able to get my car fixed under warranty and all the staff involved were really consistent and kept me updated every step of the way

    James left a happy man!

Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

I contacted BuySide, and Kim located a vehicle. Kim was professional and responsive. The leasing process was straightforward and transparent. Kim kept me informed throughout and was very knowledgeable. Thanks to Kim and the BuySide Auto staff, I got the car within days. The process was stress-free, with no shady sales pitches. I'd strongly recommend them!

When I arrived, he spoke with me personally and let me know he would also be involved in working with my vehicle. After the inspection, my concern was addressed. Karla took the time to explain the issue with my car, showed me photos, and answered all of my questions. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome. Although the repair was not covered under warranty, Danny was able to waive the repair fee, which I truly appreciated. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and his willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you to Danny and Karla for your professionalism and outstanding service.

I've been an enterprise customer for over 15 years, I have rented close to 20 vehicles in my time…read morefrom this location. I've never had any complaints with the quality of service from staff, vehicles or quality of customer service. However, today the experience was vastly different. There was a situation where a vehicle was needed on behalf of an agreement between GEICO and enterprise with a claim. My understanding is that the process is made to be seamless whereas the vehicle is being repaired, the customer is picked up from the location and a vehicle that was selected is ready for rent while the work is being done. What occurred, was that the work originally slated for a repair center could not be done based on vehicle type. The rental agreement was still standing and active. Upon being picked up by a very polite and courteous enterprise driver I arrived at the location. After my arrival at the location, I was told there were no vehicles to rent. The manager, said sorry there are no vehicles here you can go to another location. There was no situational awareness that I had no vehicle and was just dropped off nor the frustrating experience for someone who is actively working or needs to go to work or has other plans in line with what was promised through this "seamless process". I offered to wait and perform work remotely while a vehicle would arrive. I was then told a minivan was available, vastly different than a premium car, especially with today's economy and gas prices. It is not economic, nor with the size work all of which should've been heard when I responded know that would not work for me. It seemed as if the manager wanted to push this vehicle due to the lack of inventory. I have then asked for the manager supervisor number, and it was not given to me and then had the progressively asked for another mean of communication by email. I then had to send an email of the situation to the supervisor. For a period of over two hours, I have been waiting at the facility waiting for what was promised through the seamless process for a premium vehicle. At one point and instead of the manager, putting in extra effort, he told me that I could leave. Keep in mind again no car, dropped off, trying to perform work. The reason I am writing this review because I believe enterprise is a solid company and 99% of the people at the facility are great friendly hard-working folks. However, it is the one percent that can often destroy a company reputation.

I called twice before we went there and spoke to Tyler and asked him to hold the car we were interested in and even texted him when we were on the way there. I expected a level of professionalism from him but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Tyler came across as very nonchalant and immature during the entire time we sat with him discussing the car and signing the documents. I'm also very upset because I expected the car to be ready to drive off the lot. We weren't given a full tank of gas, only $35 worth. Tyler left us at the gas station without even making sure everything was ok. The front driver side tire was severely low on air and there was no handbook in the glovebox. We had to drive the car to a gas station by our house and inflate all the tires correctly all while it was raining. None of this should've happened because Tyler knew in advance we were heading there and the car should've been ready to drive. I've purchased a car twice here in the past and never had this happen to me with any other Car Sales Rep. Tyler needs to learn how to take care of his customers needs before they leave the car lot. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car.
