These are easily the best tacos I've had anywhere in the Valley. I ordered the chorizo, asada, and al pastor, and every single one was excellent. The meat was flavorful, the tortillas were on point, and the toppings were fresh. One thing I really appreciate is that you can load up on as much salsa, toppings, and condiments as you want. No skimping here. I hate working the night shift because it means I can't come here nearly as often as I'd like. If you're in the Valley and craving great tacos, do yourself a favor and stop by. It's about half way through the tour in an atrium area that holds an air force one plane and marine one helicopter. We had gotten mixed information from docents throughout the exhibit that the pub may not be open. The woman who gave us our tickets said it was, the next docent we saw said it was closed, and then others in the same atrium were unsure. Unfortunately, it was closed so we had raced through the exhibit for nothing and were very hungry for lunch. We ended up exiting the exhibit and going to their cafeteria style restaurant outside the exhibits. We should have just started there and then had a beer at the pub if it were open. Seems like a fun experience to hang out in if it's open, but definitely don't plan your trip around it. After lunch at the cafeteria we went back through the exhibit again to catch up on the things we missed.

There was a ton of garlic and jalepeno. It was so delicious. And the steamed rice paired beautifully. The texture of the rice was so good.
