A tenant gave notice this month because of the roaches. The manager is unprofessional, and gossips like a woman. The management company MGR sent threatening letters from their Attorney to househols with kids, so now we are all helping eachother find new homes. This place frequently raises rent but your children cant play outside without being harrassed, and you have to live with roaches. Dont move here i regret this decision everyday.
