They seem to just want to fill the property quick no matter what and won't even bother to clean it up first. I was told I could come and double check something with an apartment that I applied for and the day I was scheduled to go back and take a look, I was told they ended up giving it to someone else, even though I was offered it first! 2nd time writing a "yelp" review for not the first time writing about B.S. Rentals.. Would give -5 stars. (as someone else said!) Yolee is the most unprofesional "woman" i have ever had the dis-hornor of hearing.. Today *the reason im writing this* Yolee replied back to a MAJOR noise complaint, her response was astonishing. "I'm in Hawaii please contact the office"... (she never handles ANY situation to begin with) "Go contact the office" is her default answer. And we have it's gotten through EVERYBODY BACK TOO YOLEE! So I will keep contacting her during her vacation. Always complaining about her employes and personal life *always someone eleses fault* first John (previous "on-site property manager" who only caused issues who's now gone. (no idea where just vanished.) Then Arturo, *sorry for the mis-spelling* or Tony or the "girls at the desk"! SHE NEVER TAKES ACOUNTABILITY! I'm wirting this review for the constant issue i have with the 3rd floor tenants.. (current and previous ones..) Main thing in common is parties starting anywhere from 4pm-9pm to ENDING anywhere from 1AM-5AM in the damn morning.. she has been negelcting her duties and responsibility. My gf and I were living on the first floor of a dinghy apartment for 2 1/2 years before we met Tony from Beachside Rentals R Us. We saw his ad for a beautiful 2bd 1ba in LBC that basically looked like one of the "Pink Ladies" in SanFran. Dreaming of living in a home like this, we jumped on the ad and called Tony the next day (although now I'm pretty sure he would have answered an 11pm phone call given how good he is at his job - that's not an invite lol. Just saying.) Tony virtually walked us thru the home because we didn't have the time to visit ourselves and we wanted to act fast. He laid out the process to apply and made it simple for us! After a few days for the application and credit check forms to approve, we got the place and Tony's doing great at making sure our move went off without a hitch! Thank you Tony! If I could give this company -5 stars I would. Proceed with caution! These people are a nightmare to deal with. As a resident in one of the buildings they took over, we have seen how unprofessional, shady, uncaring, and difficult they are to work with. See some pictures below. I am currently moved out of the building managed by them. It was because of this company, I ended up buying a place instead of renting so I never have to deal with a bad management company again. They also go by the name avi beach apartment rentals. There is not enough room to list every reason why this compny deserves -5 stars. But heres a few examples... When they call and leave messages, they never state whom it is whos leaving the message nor the companies name. Beachside rentals RS management had a plumbing issue fixed on the property and made a 3 foot by one foot hole on the outside wall inside the courtyard. They patched the hole with a cardboard piece and tape. For months we asked for them to properly close the hole with cement. About 4 months go by as the cardboard opened and rats made their way in to live in the apartment walls and got into apartments. We complained of the rats and the company sent the maintenance man to fill the holes the rats had made to enter the apartments from the walls. Another two months go buy and they sent out a "pest control company" who handed all the residents who were home at the time mouse traps. One of the residents was staying at her folks house at night to sleep in peace from worrying about the rats and in the day she went back to clean the rat droppings and fix the holes herself. Beachside rentals r Us refused to replace the money she spent on materials she used to fix the holes herself where the rats came through even after sending them receipt copies. They took two months to repair a screen in a window that was sliced open by a homeless person and when they FINALLY repaired it, they taped it closed. read more

I have been renting from them for the past five years and have never had a problem. I know there's a lot of bad posts, but I don't understand why because I've never had a problem. Tony at Beachside Rentals is a literal superstar and hero to our family - we found our DREAM apartment, and Tony helped us every step of the way. He replied within an hour of us initially reaching out to the listing, we toured the unit and applied the same day. We signed the lease within 24 hours and moved in less than a week later! Tony literally goes above and beyond: incredibly helpful (even when we have stupid questions), communicative (he always replies with lightning speed), and hilarious (a total joy to work with). 100 stars / 10. I've personally rented from Yolie for over 10 years and have rented from several of her properties she's managed. She's been a godsend. There were times she has helped me when I felt low and lost. She truly cares and wants to help people. My suggestion is simply to call when you're ready because she moves fast because people will want things fast. As long as you are a good tenant and make your rent I have honestly never encountered any issues. She will go to bat for you with some of the owners to get you the best deal. First, no I am not a bad tenant who is disgruntled. I paid my rent every month, on time, no questions asked. No complaints from my neighbors, no issues. This is a sincere warning about renting from Beachside Rentals R Us, Ramit Investments LLC & Amit Weinberg. They are without a doubt slum lords who are unlawful and vengeful. They refused to make any fixes in my unit or on the property; even when there were walls full of mold and the City of Long Beach Health and Safety came out to cite them. Because I stood up for my rights as a tenant to have these things fixed they did everything in their power to force me to move. They made my life totally unbearable. I attempted to contact the BBB but they do not do tenant related issues. Additionally, if any one has any advice to hold them accountable (I have already been forced to move out since it was so unbearable) please reach out to me directly. I am still stunned by the lack of support for tenants in these situations. Seems I would have actually be better off just not paying my rent or other means of retaliation rather than doing the "right thing" and expecting them to either do the right thing or be held accountable. As a former tenant, I enjoyed living at their property at 11 S. Termino Ave. They were very responsive to all maintenance requests. (Make requests through the tenant portal!) They are very pet-friendly, and they throw one or two catered parties every year and give away prizes for the dogs in the building at Christmas! It's a good environment. Yolie was able to schedule a viewing on Labor Day & I signed the lease a few days later. She would check in throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. I stayed at the sandy beach apartments complex which had its own entrance to the beach and gated from the street.Great location and community. The neighbors looked out for another while still keeping to themselves. Most importantly. the property manager, Yoly, was extremely attentive, sweet, polite. There were times I had to call or text her about something and she would answer immediately or within the next five minutes. I think I'll miss her the most along the amazing two part decks to catch a view or eat and hang out. I often used the back gate to go running along the beach. Wood floors and high ceilings with plant hooks were a plus! I had a one bedroom unit with only one person to the left and no unit above me. Loved it! I moved into my apartment in July 2019. In the beginning Yolie was very helpful, but as time went on I had plumbing problems, they replaced my toilet after numerous complaints. I had a leak in my wall that caused black mold. They just painted over the problem. The fixtures are old with water damage and I had a rodent problem, which after speaking with neighbors, found out they had been putting out traps for same problem. When I moved on 1-8-21 they charged me 225.00 to "paint" my 1bdrm apt. which I left in pristine condition, and another $70 to "clean my windows." I would never rent from beach side rentals again. i was on the lookout for apartments In Long Beach . For weeks I kept searching and looking in hopes of finding a spot that accommodated me with my pets, price point , etc . I stumbled upon this one apartment and decided to apply . Yoli was the one who called me and I told her my current situation and actually recommended another spot . Tony then went ahead and text me and let me know a unit was open if I wanted to take a look at it . We didnt live close and he was able to send us a video. After that the rest was history, we applied and got everything moving quickly . Tony was there to answer any questions we had even after work hrs . He was super easy to work with and a laid back guy . Also If it wasn't for Yolis help and love for animals i wouldn't have found a spot as quickly as I did when I was so worried I was going to have a hard time looking for a place . I had a GREAT experience dealing with Donna - even if I didn't like some of the other properties she showed me only because parking was bad , she kept me in mind that I was still needing a place to rent . She followed up with me , showed me many options up until I got a place ! I am currently renting through beachside rentals and I am very happy where I am .
