My dog needed her shots and I called for an appt. My vet, Dr. Louppe (great guy) could not see her for 5 weeks. I agreed to see the vet "on call", but that appointment took 4 days. I arrived at my appointed time. 40 minutes later they said the vet was finishing up an eye surgery and would get to us soon. I waited another 15 minutes. I went up to ask if she was out of surgery, the receptionist said she had just finished up, but there were three patients ahead of me still waiting. I left and sadly went to a different vet office where they saw me the next day. I loved Dr. Louppe, but what good does it do to have a doctor you care for and who cares for you pet, that you can never get in to see. I know they are a busy clinic, but sometimes you can put too much on your plate to give good service.

We tried obedience classes, 2 different trainers and implementing a variety of strategies I researched online... nothing worked. These habits continued and I was very overwhelmed by the future with my dog. I dreaded walks and driving with him. I was desperate to find some effective help.
