Dr. Lily Deserves 10 Stars! I am so grateful I found Dr. Lily. For many years, I suffered from a rotated pelvis and chronic pain. I had gone to several traditional chiropractors who would simply "crack" me, give temporary relief, and then I would be back again a month later with the same issues. That approach just was not working for me long-term. Dr. Lily is completely different. She is incredibly intuitive and can often tell exactly where my body is misaligned BEFORE I even say anything. Her care goes far beyond a quick adjustment. I now do regular monthly adjustments with her, even though they are not covered by my insurance, because the results have truly changed my quality of life. Her treatments have helped my body maintain proper alignment, and I no longer constantly rotate my pelvis or live in the same level of pain I once did. I love that she is (like me) into holistic cures and she has made several recommendations for vitamins (like help with my low iron) to take that has helped me tremendously. Called to schedule an appointment last week for today. Showed up and they never had me scheduled in their system even though I received a text message to confirm it was today. They claimed a system glitch and had me on the schedule for next week. Then the front desk said that I was the one who scheduled for next week instead of taking fault for their own error. They said there's no availability today and asked if I wanted to come back next week. No thanks. They could've handled things better to gain business. read more

Dr. Nguyen is really nice with very accommodating front desk! I play sports and came in with pains in the back and shoulders area. Dr. Nguyen changed my life. After working with her and learning about traction therapy I decided to go here after my MRIs showed 6 bulging discs. I had to take 11 weeks off of work and went to her 2x a week for my traction therapy. At first my back felt loose and weird but it was my ligaments that never been stretched before with those effects. After 11 weeks I stand up straight and feel great! Dr.Nguyen is a phenomenal doctor. Not only is she a professional but also a passionate person. She takes pride in her job & does an outstanding job. My dad has been going to her for treatment a few years back & recently started again due to stiffness on the neck & lower back. She would explain each steps and procedure while performing the work. She would thoroughly check your legs, arms, structure and posture then she would explain about the treatments that would be done. She is knowledgeable and helpful throughout the treatment process. I've been referring my friends & family to Doctor Nguyen ever since. She's great & she would do her best to help you feel better or ease the pain you've been having. Dr Hongtruc Nguyen (Lily) is an amazing Chiropractor! She is a caring, passionate person that will go above and beyond to fulfill your chiropractic needs. She's professional, honest and very friendly. Because of my job description, my body is constantly out of alignment and requires adjustment. Think of it as a "tune up" for your body. I Had my first visit with Dr Nguyen and honestly she is the best chiropractor I've been to she takes her time to listen to your complaints. Most chiropractors you go to you're usually in and out within 5 minutes I spent a total of 1.5 hours at her office. Her techniques are also different but very effective. I've been feeling very unbalanced and had a lot of low back pain lately and after one treatment I feel so much better. Dr Lily has been a life saver! My daughter had an injury to her upper arm and was in terrible pain for over a year. Dr Lily is an amazing chiropractor. She takes the time to listen, which shows in how you, as a patient, feel later. My only complaint is that she moved her office 100 miles away and my family misses her! My son is a student athlete and she helped him tremendously in helping him to stay healthy. I started coming here about 4 years ago for my chronic constant neck pain that travel down to my left shoulder, frequent back pain and migrain headache. I've never been to a chiropractor before and was really hesitated to go to one with fear will end up leaving me worse. Dr. Nguyen way of treatment is very gentle and relax, unlike what I have seen before ( no twisting or cracking). She is compassionate, caring person and is very knowledgeable. She treat my full body as a whole not just my symptoms, and making sure my body is well balance. She also spent time showed me stretches and strengthening exercises to do. Since then my symptoms are once in a while occure (due to the natures of my work and having a toddler). It is now my preventative care to keep my regular routine checkup to keep my body in a good balance and well condition. Bad posture is something most of us have, yet we almost never think about it when it comes to explaining why our back/neck/head hurts. I used to get terrible lower back pain and headaches. Dr. Hongtruc is someone who explains everything in depth, she educates me during every session about how my body works and she really focuses on issues that are present in that moment. I've come from seeing her every 3 days to seeing her every couple of weeks. She has helped me learn how to maintain my body healthy and strong, which is as important as getting adjusted by her. Besides adjustment, she has introduced me to kinesiology tape which helps a lot when I have upper/lower back pain or issues with my knee. What is amazing is that she uses the applicator, which means no cracking and pulling, and she can reach into deeper tissues and specific points of the body that are problematic.
