Old issues we worked on during my session, but started on the newer issues, which were the reason for making this recent amount. During my session G focused on new and old issues alike, using a series of different tools and practices. From cupping, to scraping (Graston) and other Istrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to stretching and manual massage.
