Very unfriendly! Walked by the front desk several times and never cracked a smile or said she's the dr. Once she calls you into the room there's no hello or introduction. Just a what can I do for you or what brings you in. Never sets the tone for trust and a lasting Dr/patient relationship. I brought my 40 year old daughter there and it was the exact same thing. I am new in town and needed a chiropractor I am sure dr wheeler is great I was referred to her by a friend who raved. When I went to go to my first appt the girl at the front desk must have been having a bad day because she was so rude, didn't say anything and when I asked what to do she pushed a piece of paper at me and mumbles to sign in. She continues to be so rude that I had to leave i refuse to do business with someone that makes me feel unwanted. Note to the doctors get better help if you want new patients because there is a clinic right next door that I am sure will be happy to have my repeat business. read more

At 37 weeks pregnant my baby was still breech and I was searching for a Webster certified chiropractor to help turn him naturally. Dr. Wheeler has been my chiropractor since about 2011 and I haven't gone to anyone else with my back treatment because she is the best. Shriners was where I went before her because I have scoliosis and that was a free hospital for minors with scoliosis. I almost had to get surgery due to the degree of the curve being on the verge of surgery needing level. Since my body fully developed and stopped the scoliosis from progressing further, my back's curve did not get to the point of required surgery but it has never been comfortable and I live with back pain every day. Needless to say once I couldn't go to the minors clinic I tried her out and stuck ever since. I always feel better after adjustments and massages by Nadia their massage therapist. I have gotten into a recent car accident where I was rear ended at a complete stop when they were going 45 mph and it has only been 2 months and since I've been getting adjustments for that accident the pain in my neck has subsided to only stiffness and my lower and upper back have greatly improved from waking up in pain that had my hunched over to the occasional bad day of bad pain and pretty manageable daily pain. read more

Three strikes and you're out! I called to schedule a consultation for my one year old. Unfortunately, due to him getting sick, we had to cancel and reschedule the appointment. On the next the appointment, my wife got sick so she could not take him and I had to work out of town. We called and rescheduled again. On the third appointment, I had to go out of town for work again and my wife missed the appointment. I called one more time after confirming my wife's and my schedule so that one of us would be able to take him for sure but I was immediately turned down and not offered an option to reschedule an appointment. I was informed that after three times of missing appointments, even though I called in advanced to reschedule, we were no longer welcome. At least they could have been nice about it. Unfortunately things do happen in life where it doesn't always work out but I wish we were told of their policy ahead of time when rescheduling the appointments. It would have been nice to at least have a consult for us to decide but on the bright side, this allows us to give our business to someone who really wants us! read more

Dr. Wheeler is awesome! I had never been to a chiropractor before and was referred to her by a family member after being in a car accident. I was having a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain, and I had a constant headache ever since the accident. When I got there the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I even got a student discount which was a nice surprise. Dr. Wheeler definitely knows her stuff and explained to me what was going on very clearly. I was a little nervous about the adjustment because I didnt know what to expect as it was my first time to a chiropractor, but she explained what she was going to do and within minutes I was relieved of my headache and all the stress in my neck and back. Previous patient of Dr. Wheeler, but had not been in over 3 years. Called for appt, was in extreme back pain and barely able to walk. I was seen within a couple of hours and had some immediate relief. So far, 3 treatments and it is going very well. My pain is now minimal, able to stand/walk without assistance.
