They then gave me updates along the way through to scheduled delivery (today). There was a problem with the freight company but the team at Sleep Center reached out to me to keep me informed and went well above and beyond to make alternative arrangements so I received my mattress today. I have been shopping for a mattress for a few weeks now with no luck but when I drove out a bit further to check this place out I was very glad I did. The customer service was great, where they had me try several different kinds to test out what I liked. He recommended a certain mattress he had on closeout since I was interested in a king and I immediately got sold on it. It was a beauty rest black mattress for only 1200 dollars when it was originally 5500. I was very pleased with the largest selection of mattresses I have ever seen and the customer service was very inviting and did not have me feeling rushed. Sleep Center Natomas was able to make arrangements for my family during COVID-19 to come to their showroom to test out all of their mattresses and adjustable beds in a safe environment. We were there for almost 2 hours on the afternoon before Thanksgiving and received nothing but attentive service. I appreciate that the owner listened to the things we said about the way we sleep, about what we liked and disliked about specific mattresses, made appropriate recommendations that proved he was listening to us, and looked up information and specs when we had obscure questions. The selection at Sleep Center Natomas was huge... more than other stores we visited. We appreciated that we were never pressured to buy, or were never hurried to make a decision. I appreciated how the owner was always very responsive to my phone calls and text messages, before and after my visit - even after my purchase and delivery of the mattress and adjustable base. He always provided complete answers to my questions, and would meet deadlines when he promised a response or answer by a certain time. He never made me feel like I was wasting my time. We visited 5 other stores and showrooms, before and after visiting Sleep Center Natomas, and still took several more days to reach a decision. In the end, we came back a week later to purchase a mattress and adjustable base. The owner took less than 45 minutes to process my purchase, which included an application and verification for a 0% payment plan for 12 months. He got me in and out, making me feel like my time was valuable. Delivery of the bed was 2 days earlier than promised. The delivery team was efficient and thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. A mattress is a once-in-10 or 15 years purchase for me, but Sleep Center Natomas has earned my business. I will shop here again in the future. read more

Shelvin, Raj, whoever the owner claims to be of this place is a scam artist. Do not walk away, RUN. They pull a scam telling you about a 25 year warranty to buy a top dollar mattress, then once you call the manufacturer they tell you it's only a 10 year. Go to complain to the owner who seems to have multiple names, and they will laugh at you, offer you a free pillow, and call you a liar. ROY, the black salesman is the most guilty, telling people 25 year warranty and then denies he says it. Also it's hard to research this shady furniture store since they only give first names of employees and have about 3 business names on their cards / invoices. read more
