This business charged us after we canceled -- and that is completely unacceptable. On October 4, 2025, I signed up for a promotional unlimited car wash membership for $15 (regularly $28.99). I paid at the front desk and canceled immediately because we live very far away and could not use the service consistently. There was also a separate promotion for a $39.99 membership for $0.01 for the first month. We canceled that as well for the same reason -- distance. Despite canceling, we later discovered two charges on our account: * $28.99 on October 4, 2025 * $39.99 on November 22, 2025 We did NOT authorize these charges. This is not a misunderstanding. When a customer cancels immediately, there should be no additional charges. Period. Finding surprise withdrawals months later feels deceptive and dishonest. Businesses build trust through transparency. Charging customers after cancellation destroys that trust. Customers should not have to constantly monitor their bank accounts to protect themselves from unexpected billing. We actually liked the service. If we lived closer, we would have kept the membership. But distance made it impractical -- and that should not result in being charged anyway. I expect a full refund and a proper explanation. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this business. Check your bank statements carefully if you sign up for anyone read more

Be very careful when signing up for their membership. You will have to go through your bank to stop payment. I signed up for the $24.99 a month package, after purchasing a new vehicle and canceling that package, they continue charging my card for over two years. They admitted that they could tell my membership had not been used, but stated the person who canceled my membership no longer worked there anymore so they didn't have anyone that could remember the transaction? They offered me a $100. refund, just to make me go away, that I never received. It's always full of loud music, most of the equipment doesn't work, and the employees act like they hate to be there... you almost always have to go through twice just to get a decent wash.. much better choices closer by than this car wash. read more

Haven't been to this location since it used to be Rev, and boy are things better. I opted for the top of the line wash, and two attendants pre-scrubbed the windshield, back window, and front bumper. The latter helped with a lot of big mess. The wash itself was solid, but the "surprise and delight" factor came when I pulled into a space to vacuum, and found a few more amenities. A compressed air hose was a really nice touch, to blow out those crevices. Free to use clean towels (Rev reserved this for monthly paid customers, I think) and a free mat cleaner were unexpected. The mat cleaner doesn't wash the mats, but got mine noticeably nicer looking after I got the bulk of debris off with the vacuum. Suction on the vacuums was above par. All in all, this was a LOT better than Rev was, and I think a very good value for the money. Bonus: the employees actually seemed pleasant. read more

I've been coming here for years! I've never had a complaint or a problem with this car wash. But recently the management has let this place gone down. I had damage to my BRAND NEW TIRES. Long story short they had me waiting from over a month to resolve a claim.. their reason was they couldn't get to it cause they are understaff, it wasn't priority, and corporate just hasn't got back to them. So I called "corporate" and they told me that they don't handle any of the claims that it's totally up to the GM AND DISTRACT MANAGER finally I had enough of the shady BS back and fourth and said I want it to be handle now and that I wouldn't leave till I spoke to who even handles the claims. Finally the GM tells me they won't cover my claim, I asked why and all she said was because the DM said so.. I asked her the protocols or procedures on figuring out, and she said look over the video tape, so I asked to see it.. and she said she needs to pull it up, she had t seen it either.. when she looked for it the video was deleted cause it only saves for 30 days.. the DM CALLS ME the next day from the Princeton Tx location and tells me cause my truck is a 2009 it isn't cover and that they also don't cover blown tires. So now I'm stuck with a damaged tire. Bad shady management!!!! Beware if you go. Check your cars and trucks!!!!! They'll wait till video is deleted and then blame that the damage didn't happen there but there's no video they can over see and at the end they'll just was their hands with any excuse they can find! read more

This guys are crooks. I Never did subscribed the monthly deal & they are keep charging me every month. I called them to confront them & they did refund 2 months of charges. Don't ever take your car to any of their locations. My weather strip was taken taken off at the Centerville location. They will come up to any excuse on why they can not cover any damages. I even had my receipt from when the incident occurred and they still stated they could not cover anything, because of the 7 year policy. Don't waste your time at any of these location. I signed up at this location rather than Garland because I prefer having a person to talk to when joining and understanding how everything works and what to use where. I have a limited amount of time I'm driving from Garland to Rowlett to get this car wash and I am not happy about this I will be canceling my VIP service today. Was not able to get my car washed. I went to this location last week after using them for over a year with no problems. After I went through a car wash I was notified that my rear bumper was hanging off. I spoke to Logan the general manager who stated he would do an investigation and get back with me. I received a call from Logan on Saturday he stated that my bumper was loose so that's the reason why I came off and they're not responsible for any damage. I inquired on how he can't I determination he said he review the video and I was more than welcome to look at the video. I went up to the location to look at the vehicle and explain to him that's how my bumper look. I asked Logan did he have a auto background to determine based on photo that my bumper is loose he said since he's been doing this for five years and fix his own vehicles he knows what a bumper should look like. I asked him did he have any liability background and determined this he stated no. I requested his insurance company information so they can do a proper investigation and to determine if they're liable or not he refused to give that to me. He stated I can call corporate so far that has not been working. No... a good car wash does NOT leave spots. $18 down the drain. They don't maintain their equipment and it's sadly out-dated. They don't know car wash chemistry. I went there one Wednesday morning with two cars to get car washed and vacuumed. The GM told us that the vacuums were closed so we left. Vacuums would be opened on Friday. We went back and we paid. The GM saw me, knowing that I was there to vacuum since i had talked to him on Wednesday. He saw me and he let me go into the wash. I complained after and he said i got $4 off i think. He ripped us off two cars. I have 5 cars and i will not go to this unscrupulous place of business. Beware of the GM. HE IS A SHADY PERSON. I wish i could give a zero review. Unscrupulous business. I just went for a car wash today and it was a really bad experience. The most they do is put soap and water.. There's still spots on my car and my wheels are not shined at all even though I got the class V ($15) and they said the car wash shines the wheels itself. My wheels and my car were left with some spots. They let me go through it again because it didn't work the first time but that didn't change anything.I wanted to try it since my usual one was closed and WhiteWater ended up doing a poor job. They really need to implement people who hand wipe at the end as well which should be standard if you are paying $15! read more

*Definitely go here if you want the cops called on you when you ask for a supervisor because your car was damaged :-)* After having our brand new RAV4 for 2 weeks, we decided to wash our car here (as we typically do with our other vehicles). My husband went through the wash and the pressure of the brushes cracked our left side mirror and the plastic that allows it to fold, and it is now hanging. My husband immediately noticed and asked the young man working to speak to a supervisor because he wanted this fixed. The teen said he needed to have a quote done, and that he would file an incident report that my husband had to sign. My husband refused to sign without speak to a supervisor, and the teen went inside to call the supervisor (supposedly) to find out how much the damage was worth. After waiting outside in the fabulous Texas heat for 20 minutes for the teen to come back outside and let my husband know what the next steps were to get this fixed, TWO POLICE PATROL CARS pull up & let my husband know they were called because he was "refusing to leave and refusing to sign the incident report until speaking to a supervisor." I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone now, and will be taking matters into my own hands by going up there tomorrow. SUPER ethical business that allows teenagers to run the place without any knowledge of what to do when their machines DAMAGE people's cars. read more

On July 30, 2017, at 10:18am, I took my wife's brand new Mazda CX-3 to Rev Car wash at 2600 Lakeview Pkwy. I purchased the "basic" $6 wash as we just wanted to rinse it off. As I drove home I noticed spots on the windshield, I ran the wipers as that usually takes it off. The spots did not come off. Upon arriving at home I got out and checked the car and noticed there was spots and streaks pretty much all over the car, especially under the mirrors, the door handles and on all the windows. I immediately told my wife I was going back and have it rewashed and corrected. I arrived back at the car wash and showed the supervisor on duty, xxxxxx xxxxxx, the streaks and spots. His response was that "it's most likely the rain-x and it most be dispensing too much or there is a leak". He also mentioned mine was the 2nd car within the last 30 minutes that had this problem reported. He then proceeded to wipe down the car and wiping off the spots/streaks. During this process I mentioned that we have been bringing our cars to Rev ever since they opened but we usually get the "best" $14 wash, and I told him in my opinion the quality of the wash has decreased since they first opened. I said this as constructive criticism and maybe the feedback could be noted for improvements. He then mentioned that a previous supervisor/manager had been fired because of so much negative feedback. He described him and he indeed was an individual who had been rude to me several times on previous visits to the wash. (He was aggressive in his sales pitch to try to get me to buy the monthly plan). After wiping the car down for 5 - 10 minutes, xxxxxx xxxxxx indicated that he had it all done. I reminded him about the windshield and windows having spots. He then started cleaning them. About that time another customer walked up and was asking about their mats they had left, he went to assist them. When he was gone, I walked around to the other side of the car and saw several obvious areas of spots/streaks remaining. By this time I was getting pretty disgusted with the whole experience. I had paid for service and had received service that was totally unacceptable and now in the process of trying to correct the issue, even that service is unacceptable. So I showed him the streaks still on the car and asked "do you consider this done?" and yes I did say it in a disgusted manner as I really was disgusted by this time. xxxxxx xxxxxx made a comment that he "was doing this for free." At that point I said I want a refund. He said he would not be refunding my money and walked off, I thought to help out another customer. So I waited for 5 to 10 minutes, no one came back out. I then went inside to the office and talked to xxxxxx xxxxxx, told him I really need a refund because the car still had spots on it caused by the car wash. He again said he would not refund the money and technically as soon as I left the property the first time that they were released from responsibility, but he did say that I brought it back right away and that he wiped down the entire car and it was all good now. I then told him again that he had not wiped down the entire car and that there was still spots/streaks on the car caused by his car wash. He kept insisting that he cleaned the entire car. By this time I knew we were not going to resolve this, I was actually shocked by the lack of customer service I was receiving. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said he was off-site. I asked who is in charge and xxxxxx xxxxxx said he was. At this time I did not know xxxxxx xxxxxx's name so I asked for his name, he wrote it on a business card and said I can call the local manager and tell him what happened. He then said "I know he will side with me." I left at that point, drove home, took some pictures and then proceeded to wash the entire car by hand. Looks great now. Needless to say, I will NEVER take any of my vehicles back to Rev Car Wash. read more

I just spent $12 on their 'excellent' car wash. My car looks the same if not dirtier than it did when i first got there. When i showed the only person working there the response i got was "there's nothing i can do" the pictures posted are me still sitting in the parking lot. This used to be a fabulous place to get your car washed. The last 2 washes for me on the "best" option have left my windshield with lots of cloudy streaks. I can only imagine what the rest of my car looks like if my windshield I can hardly see through. Maybe its time to clean up your facility? Not sure but I refuse to resort back to Lakeview. UGH! Im a mom of 2 and have a nice, large Infiniti SUV. I like to pull in and do an initial vacuum, wash, then back in and vacuum the back. I'm sorry, but I don't have time to deal with petty businesses that turn off the vacuums when you show up, as if they need to force you to purchase a wash first. I'm in a $40k+ car- I'm going to buy your $6 wash, ok? The kid inside the store was a jerk. And the Yelp check in for a $1 wash actually signs you up for a monthly billing cycle with them, one that you have to physically come back in to cancel. Which I'm not even sure if it's all legal- the notifications prior to the purchase are weak and pretty sure you can cancel any auto charge with a written notice. Maybe I'll just call my bank and report it as fraud. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend you bother. I'll find somewhere else for a wash and vacuum. read more

Following the review below, my car was damaged and no, nobody has contacted me either by phone or email after my car was damaged almost two months ago, I've been basically begging calling and sending emails about this situation and always get the same answer "my manager will call you" I've already send estimates to two managers and no response, it really shouldn't take that long to at least give me a callback or send me a courtesy email, yet my husband gives a bad review on yelp and gets an immediate answer, very unprofessional, needless to say I'm canceling also my membership. This is the better affordable car wash on rowlett. We used to go to the $4 car wash place on Lakeview right before 190 but that place, to be very honest (and probably judgmental), had sort of scary people working there. No one was ever friendly. And granted, it's a car wash, but really, they were so very filthy. At Rev, they maintain a professional appearance and seem to employ half the high school :-) The wash itself is way better. Cleans better, dries better, and the vacuums are better. It's a bit more expensive but with the pro clean wash, you are entitled to a general washing within 4 days. Really great deal. read more

I've never had an issue with this place till today. First of all. They never actually ask you for your receipt to give your "upgrades". How do they know what I paid for? How do I know I'm getting what I paid for? The guy who pre treated our car was too busy with what's going on inside with what I assume is his manager, to notice that my car either a) went off the track b) the track was malfunctioning c) the track had stopped. So I waited. And I honked. We go through the wash and none of the brushes actually touched my car. The blowers weren't in either. Now, I have a 2 year old in the car with me who was pretty scared the first time we went through why would I put him through that again? None of the guys came to meet me at the end of wash. I parked and still no one came outside. We walked into their office and they were so nonchalant about everything. Logan the manager said he couldn't issue a refund. It was later that I caught another worker outside and asked for more details on the men working inside. And this guy offered me a full refund. It was then I realized that it wasn't that Logan couldn't give me my money back rather that he wouldn't. Never going here again. And I'm sure they don't care but I do care. Don't bother coming if you don't have a membership. When I entered I drove up to one lane to pay and I still don't know if there was a sign saying it was for members only. Me and the cars behind me had to all back out and go to the other lane and as I was leaving I saw someone else having to back out too, so maybe make it clearer that it's for members only instead of just having it on the screen when we're already right in front of it. Help button didn't work either. Vaccums don't work, of course they have 3 or 4 "premium" ones exclusively for members I bet those are the only ones that actually work well. I parked on one end and the vacuum on the right had been taken out, the vacuum on the left sounded like it worked but didn't. Had to drive to the other end and the vacuum on the left worked but the one on the right screeched so loud I quit halfway through. Such a frustrating experience. read more

Take precaution going to the WhiteWater express off 66. Car wash was breaking down, the they got it to work and they put me through. That's fine, was a little nervous but I go here once or twice a month even so I had some trust. But this time after getting stuck mid way through it, they started it back up and I heard a loud bang, the arm with the brushes had smacked my mirror super hard and almost ripped it off. The side view mirror now needs to be replaced. I thought they would have some kind of help to put a claim in but they don't. That's fine I'll stick to hand washing haha. So I first started using the Rev in Plano and loved it. Now I'm in Rowlett and I don't like this one. Am considering cancelling membership and going elsewhere. The vacuums are constantly broken and the car needs to be dried off when I get out because the machine does not dry properly. And I don't mean a few specs. The whole car is stopping wet still. To top it off I was inside the wash and a belt broke so they had me drive out!!! Insane. Time to find a new car wash. read more

I used to love this until now. I have had my membership shortly after they opened. It had great employees that seem to care, not anymore. The quality of products were great, lot of selections. Not anymore the selections have cut way down. I pay a monthly fee to wash my car and use the products, not today they didn't even have a clean towel to use. I ask an employee for some clean towel to wipe down my car,his reply was we have no more clean towels. He said they have ask manager with no luck. This is terrible service, I have to rate it -1 star that was more than I wanted to. Don't waste your money it's not worth your money or time. read more

The wash has been good. Doesn't get the back window under the bump out part - which most don't. I don't know why SUVs are designed like that. I've gotten used to just wiping that part down when I dry off my car. There has been several times I have tried to come after dropping my son off at school in the morning - because their hours are posted from 8 - 8, but at 8:15 they are not open. I believe this was my fourth time trying. I can go after I've picked my son up from school, but sometimes that is just not as convenient. read more

Keep calling and keep getting the run around of " A manager will contact you soon." Another month goes by and they charge me again.
