With Covid-19, we weren't allowed to have measurement/ordering time at the school so I personally had measure myself and order my own lab coat/scrubs/patches etc. They were very open to me coming to the store to pick up my uniforms instead of me having to pay the shipping charges. The woman on the phone was very thorough and helpful. She made the transaction seamless (I wish I got her name). All my items were ready for pick up within 7 business days. Very impressed. I called to say I'd pick up within the hour of them letting me know they were available for pick up and they accommodated to that. I knocked on the door when I arrived and she double checked everything was correct in the bag and off I went! I can't express enough at how impressed I am with their customer service. NH Hospital in the Cardiac dept,, she today broke her Stethoscope. Melissa really extended herself and it goes with notice and I had to tell. Melissa was able to help in expedite in paying over the phone and was able to pass the scope out in the street as my wife was taking her lunch to pick it up. They genuinely care and the sense of urgency is BIG with these guys. Melissa was even able to stay on the phone and help with directions and met my wife in the street (my wife was in her car) to pass off so she can get back to saving lives and doing her job. Why didn't you call us, why did we have to reach out to be told this? Then I asked to speak to the manager and get put in hold for several minutes, told I'd be connected to the manager and I get sent directly to voicemail. I then call back and am hit with an answering service. They don't care about their customers and the fact that having this faulty equipment is a hazard as if there were an emergency my loved one could not access the exit easily. I have called them at least 5 times and each time they either blame the prior auth (completed 3 weeks ago) or say they will expedite the order.
