They were to get me into the schedule in a timely frashion where I wasn't waiting months to be seen. They staff was very friendly upon check in as well. After getting ex rays and a exam, doctor prescribed 2 weeks of taking Aleve. Next day I called the office to ask for a MRI so we can see exactly what is the problem . 5 days later got return call and was told that the doctor felt that a MRI wasn't the next step, but got no explanation why. I asked for the doctor to call me back to explain. Never heard back.
