After waiting for one more day, I called cvs pharmacy, cvs told me that they never received any prescription for me. Also the same day I saw the doctor, the front desk told me that they requested ultrasound results from ER I went based on my request. After one week when I called back to check if they received the results. They told me that they'll check and call me back soon. Nobody called back. I called again the second day. The girl said another woman requested the results and need to wait for her to get the answers. These people really prevent the patients to go to see the doctor even doctor is good.

Please save yourself the effort and go anywhere but here. I went for my first appointment to get my eyes checked for contacts and the reception staff was immediately ill mannered and unpleasant. (There is no wall and we patients can hear them talking about other customers). After months of trial contacts that did not work for me, I went back for a recheck on 12/2. I specifically called to make the recheck appointment and confirm that there would be no extra charge, since nothing they were having me try was working. I explained that I was being given trial contacts for months and having trouble with my contact fitting. I was explicitly told I would not be charged. Well I went back for my recheck and was charged $147 since "the contact specialist is seperate". I told them i had been confirmed for no payment over the phone since I explained my issue was WITH MY CONTACTS and was never told that the contact specialist was a seperate charge. After some back and forth the dark haired receptionist cut me off and said "well do whatever you want we'll just send you the bill". She eventually agreed with me that I "shouldn't have been told that over the phone" but that they were going to charge me anyways. I still have not gotten the correct contact lenses from them. The contact specialist who was trying to fit me with contacts told me what she gave me was probably the best im going to get, even though i told her the contacts were blurry and giving me headaches. I had her write down a note for me of what pair of trial contacts I had in my eyes and which she was ordering for me prior to leaving the appointment. When i didn't recieve these notes (that i watched the contact specialist photocopy for me and leave for the receptionist) I asked the blonde receptionist, who was immediately rude. She told me to sit down and wait for the specialist to be done with her next patient to get the sheet of paper she photo copied for me. I told her that was unacceptable because I could literally see them on the counter and pointed to them. After some more unnecessary back and forth and an eye roll, she finally handed me the sheet of paper she was about to make me wait 30 minutes for. I was told I would recieve a call to come pickup my trial contacts in 1-2 days. Three days go by with no call, so i called the office and Chris the contact specialist said the contacts were "not there" and she "wasn't sure where they went" so she said she would order them for me to pick up the following Monday. When Tuesday rolled around, still with no call, I called the office and was sent to voicemail with an eventual call back later that day. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go elsewhere to get you eyes checked.

He has also helped me navigate the medical system as other, non orthopedic symptoms were revealed in the scans that I had when investigating my orthopedic pain. I went to him at first for knee pain which has been relieved by a gel injection. I later developed severe sciatica and a lower back problem which Dr. Strauchler diagnosed. He is conservative in his approach and referred me to physical therapy. When it was quickly seen to not make a change I was referred to a pain management doctor and given an epidural in lieu of surgery and it was effective. I referred a friend to Dr.Strauchler who had been in pain for two years. He was misdiagnosed by three orthopedic surgeons who told him that the pain he was encountering was in his leg. Dr. Strauhcler examined him, looked at his MRI and determined that the pain was in his hip and referred him to a surgeon who replaced my friend's hip. Dr.Strauchler also employs an excellent, competent, very professional staff who are also caring and kind. I will continue with confidence to refer anyone I know to Dr.Strauchler who is looking for a diagnosis and treatment plan for any orthopedic issue.

They take this as a hard rule which doesn't make sense especially for a 3rd baby. I knew I was going to have that baby soon. I arrived at midnight, my water broke, my contractions were frequent and intense, and after checking my dilation, which was 2 cm, but my cervix completely effaced, they insisted I wasn't in active labor and should go home. I decided to go have the baby at the hospital, where I originally planned, and in fact, I had the baby exactly 3 hours later. they were rude and unsupportive of our decision, even though they were persistent we leave. They even used scare tactics like, they will have you monitored and you won't get your natural birth, this particular hospital is infested with Covid 19 etc. Donna Roosa, the head midwife, in particular was very aggressive, yelling, and insisted that we leave the birthing center immediately. It was odd but I believe it happened for the best. They are not anywhere near the peaceful and patient birth place advertised or sought after by natural-birth minded moms. I felt I heard dismissed and ultimately rejected in the middle of the night.

There's 4 chairs and 6 people waiting. Why if you check-in online do you have to arrive 15 minutes early in order check-in again? On a more positive note - the technician both times was amazing. Efficient, polite and pleasant. The test room was a bit stuffy and probably needed the air conditioning to be on. The parking lot is busy and filled to capacity.
