The tortilla for the burrito was soft and had great flavor. The Diesmillo meat was great! It had a light char and was juicy. My only complaint is the refried beans, I think this would be much better with regular beans. The red salsa had a nice heat level (I have a high tolerance) and the green salsa had a perfect level of acidity to it.
