Chris helped me when my boiler died mid winter. This was an incredibly difficult and complicated job. The house is modern, four stories. The boiler was in the "basement" (only accessible via trap door in the floor). They literally put the boiler in and framed and built the house over it. Most people would have walked away. A few did. But Chris never wavered. He fabricated a lift to get the old boiler out and the new one in. He was responsive, communicative, and very helpful. And he charged me less than he easily could have.
