When I called to schedule, I was asked what I would be seen for. I told them, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Fast for 4 months to the day before my appointment, they call me and tell me Dr Arthur doesn't treat those conditions, so I need to cancel. In the four months of waiting for my appointment, I had called the staff 3 separate times because of issues with scheduling and insurance. Each time, I again stated what I was being seen for. It's absolutely ridiculous that they waited until the day before my appointment to say I couldn't be seen.

At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. It is far better to get them done properly with a trusted medical lab facility, in my experience I was told after a 30 minute test that my PSA was "incredibly high" and to see a doctor ASAP. (You can imagine how disturbing this was until getting real results) I did exactly that, test with an accredited medical lab facility, 6 days later my results show my PSA went from 7.94 to 1.5... doing nothing but getting a real test done 3 days later and paying the money to have it done right. Clearly faulty testing equipment, incompetence of the staff or a fraud. Who knows... ? Just don't.

(Tissue Allograft with Wharton's Jelly) From the first moment of speaking to Stephanie over the phone (who did a very thorough intake) to my initial exam, I was greeted with amazing courtesy and enthusiasm. I decided to try it. I recently had ANOTHER MRI taken for a different physician to review. He did not know I had had a torn ACL. I asked him how it looked - he said: "Perfect. Why are you asking?" I asked him to look at my previous MRI. He was SHOCKED. He said not only was my ACL completely FINE - there wasn't even a scar. He was shocked this result came from this form of medical care. I am going to be honest in telling whoever reads this review - my "regular" doctors were very skeptical that I chose this modality. Regenerative medicine is often seen as "not real." Insurance doesn't cover it. (Though - let's be honest - there is a reason top football & basketball players are flown to Europe to get regenerative medicine on their injuries!!!) However, knowing that, Vitality (specifically Constance) really worked with me to help me regarding payment. I will also tell you - it's a process.
