I am so happy, grateful and almost stunned to be able to write this review. I came to this practice in February 2026 with a torn ACL. I did not want surgery & believed this would work. (Tissue Allograft with Wharton's Jelly) From the first moment of speaking to Stephanie over the phone (who did a very thorough intake) to my initial exam, I was greeted with amazing courtesy and enthusiasm. I decided to try it. I recently had ANOTHER MRI taken for a different physician to review. He did not know I had had a torn ACL. I asked him how it looked - he said: "Perfect. Why are you asking?" I asked him to look at my previous MRI. He was SHOCKED. He said not only was my ACL completely FINE - there wasn't even a scar. He was shocked this result came from this form of medical care. I am going to be honest in telling whoever reads this review - my "regular" doctors were very skeptical that I chose this modality. Regenerative medicine is often seen as "not real." Insurance doesn't cover it. (Though - let's be honest - there is a reason top football & basketball players are flown to Europe to get regenerative medicine on their injuries!!!) However, knowing that, Vitality (specifically Constance) really worked with me to help me regarding payment. I will also tell you - it's a process. Coming in to see Dr. Matt (thank you, Dr. Matt!) every week sometimes felt like I was "never going to see a result!" That feeling gets amplified by the strict "standard medical processes ONLY" that is almost a constant mantra from dubious friends & strict "standard medical care ONLY!" from friends & doctors! This process is NOT something that happens overnight. That being said - it does not include surgery, crazy PT or a long recovery. Nor will you ever hear: "Sorry, it didn't work. Sorry, we have to do it again. Sorry, you have an infection." I purposely went to a different doctor (who knew nothing about my history) to look at my knee. He was SHOCKED this was the result of regenerative medicine! Brooke carefully used an ultrasound guided shot and the entire staff was nice, sweet and professional. I can only speak to the services I received here, weight loss is a no go! I paid tens of thousands of dollars to be told eat leafy greens with lemon juice, and take these 40 pills/ supplements per day and do this IV therapy. The nurse administering my IV told me she brought the bandages from her other job, because they were going to be thrown away. When I tried to stop they begged me to continue. I did, I ended up so sick my primary care Dr. insisted I stop the program completely. I did it has been 9 months, I am not feeling better. I'd first like to start off by saying, if this review was solely based on staff, mainly the nurses I dealt with on a weekly basis (3x or 4x a week) I would give ALL stars that I am able to give. The nurses I've dealt with were great and were always in a good mood. Always personable. So it made for nice visits. But, my 2 star rating is based on OVERALL GOAL. Which was to rid my chronic back pain. I ran into their ad late one night on Instagram. It looked very promising. I've had bad lower back pain since March 2017. It's basically taken over my life. I wake up to the pain, and it feels like a radiating constant bruise. I can't sit for too long, stand for too long, lay down for too long. Might I add I've consulted with my primary doctor, and all they're able to do is give me prescription meds to help with the pain. I've since also tried, acupuncture, chiropractor visits, massages, cupping, etc. I've tried it all. So when I heard about Vitality, and they were offering a $25/$35 consult, I was like, "why not?" They were able to review my x-rays I just had done a month prior to my consult. They set up a plan, and I was good to go. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover this. So we paid out of pocket. I used some flex spending of a few hundred to go towards the overall plan they set up, and with a discount for my personalized plan, it was just under $5000. I initially met with Sue. Really such a delightful person. I was SOLD on her selling me that this WOULD WORK. She said absolutely, I was the best candidate pointing out my age and how this should for sure help my back pain. It worked for her, so it would work for me. But in paper, mind you, the guaranteed percentage was about 80-85%? I'm assuming for legality purposes. But her words, she was PRETTY DAMN SURE this would work. She even prefaced that by a certain early stage I should be feeling a difference. I will admit, there was ONE week where I felt like I saw improvements. But then after, I'd still feel the same pain come back. If you look at my chart and seeing my pain levels, I was always between 7-8's with the exception of some 3-5's (very few). Something I felt was note worthy. I had asked or mentioned during the middle of the sessions, that I was aware BY NOW, I'd feel improvements. Because I had not, I asked if I was able to back out of the future appointments since I had a feeling this wasn't the thing that will help me. I was told I could and that I could be pro-rated the refund of the future appointments I hadn't taken. But Sue, again, stated I should really really really give this a shot as she KNOWs it will work for me. She said, "JUST GIVE IT A CHANCE" I should have just canceled at the midway point since I wasn't really having any luck. I am bummed that I was talked into continuing, only for it not to work. I know she was coming from a good place, but I feel like its really bad practice to talk the talk, when its not even 100% guaranteed, and not even give money back if it in fact does not work. To give them credit where its needed, I need to add that they did add free extended sessions. I'm assuming this was to make sure I was really given the chance to get better, but again, here I am today, with the same problem I had before seeing them. I really do appreciate that they gave extended sessions for me, but if they're so quick to give FREE appointments, I wonder why they wouldn't just let me cancel mid way when I was showing doubt in the process. I know this has worked for others, but for new people going in, and paying out of pocket, just know it's not 100% guaranteed. Think about that. read more

YOU NEED TO READ THIS! I got stem cell injections for my both knees about a year ago. They charged me $5000.00 for each knee and said they could only do payment arrangement for 6 months. They also said, it takes 6 months for the knees to heal. (Meaning: either you got result or not, by then they are fully paid.) They promised the sun and the moon before I signed off the contract. The doctor said that the nurse has an ultrasound machine and she sees where the injection goes and it would have just a little pain. First of all, the injections were so damn painful, I nearly fainted. She was pushing the nidle in my bone spures and kept asking me to relax. My own physician agreed when I explained for him. I was wearing shot stretchable pants, and in the middle of the treatment, she was saying " no one told you to wear why skirts or shorts? I was like noooooo... The other girl who was helping kept asking her if she should gave me a gown? ( things they need to assess before the treatment") she said NO she was almost finished. Then they had to start on my other knee. I tired to explain what happened to the doctor Bell, but he was coming up with excuses taking her side so I just let that slide. 2 weeks later, they asked me to purchase $500.00 knee braces and asked me to wear it on the days I was highly active and I bought it any ways, but my mom helped me to rest for 6 months to get my knee back. She knew how bad I wanted to take care of my knees. I said many times, "mom I don't want to end up on a wheelchair when I'm older." She knew my pain and she was super supportive of me. Here I am a year later, and after that injection not anything is any better at all. Muscles bove both of my knees have inflammation and in the middle of the night stabbing pain wakes me up. After they got all their payments, I wanted at least continue with the PT, but they started asking me to pay for the 2 minutes of PT they were giving me. They asked me to go in and get a booster shot too, but I was crazy if i let them touch my knees again. I asked for my money back and they are coming up with cliche corporate type answers. Recently, I got 2 MRIs and there's no sign of improvement. My knee need surgery. I'm not saying to not get the shots, if they are smart enough to sweet talk you into it. I'm saying, ASK THEM TO ADD papers to your contract to RFUND YOUR MONEY, when you don't see result because when they are paid in full, they make you look crazy just to not refund you. I have systemic scleroderma and I thought the stem cell would be perfect for my torn meniscus so I signed up for the procedure. I had an appointment with my specialist at UCLA who told me the procedure could be harmful even fatal so I called Vitality. The nurse argued with me even though she knows nothing about my case of the disease and even though I told her weeks in advance they still charged us $2500 for a shelf fee. I had no blood work done by the office and no prep for the procedure but they still charged us. I wanted this done, I didn't want to die. I came to their Temecula location for hormone replacement. The first consultation was great and I had the procedure done at their Hemet office(better drive from my house). When I came back in for my 3 month re-pelleted at the Hemet office, my experience was very different. My questions/concerns were brushed off by the PA that did the procedure. I went ahead and had the procedure done but contacted their Temecula office to get clarity for my questions/concerns. I explained my reason for the call and was put on hold. Then a young lady got back on the phone and preceded to asked and answered my questions. When I finished asking (I didn't have any peace at all with her vague answers), I asked for her name and title, I was horrified to learned that she's a receptionist. I asked her to please have a medical professional call me, it took 2 days to hear back. Six weeks after my re-pelleted, I had to have blood work done to check my hormones levels. I was told I should hear back from the office within a few days... after a week, I had to put in multiple calls to get someone on the phone. Again to my surprise, they had an LVN going over my lab results. She even offered recommendations for my next procedure. It all seems very unprofessional and reckless? The response I got back from this review is that receptionists and LVNs can answer medical questions and recommend treatment plans... wow!!
