I highly recommend the team there; they are friendly and helpful and of course their mascot Sunny is always there to greet you with tail wag.

I started going when Dr. el-Malecki was the primary dentist and I couldn't have been more impressed…read moreby how thorough and thoughtful he was. I ended up spending significant time with him after a dental injury, and rather than dread our appointments he made time fly. The dentists I've worked with since have also been top notch. Recently I saw Dr. Matinian who is somewhat new to the practice, and she was able to easily problem solve what was causing severe cold sensitivity to one tooth and eased the pain (and my concerns) quickly. From the world's best dental hygienist, Yani, to the front desk staff, every visit is full of kindness and laughs (without nitrous oxide).

Since day one they try to sell you on new work that needs to be done. I regrettably decided to…read morelisten and get a filling. After I had already paid, they sent another invoice which I questioned and they acknowledged it was an error and even said that I had paid for two fillings but only got one so I asked for them to confirm the reconciliation and if I was owed a refund. I have reached out to them three times without a response. Like, what? That's not how you treat a customer. Not to mention when I got the filling, the dentist came in without introducing herself or explaining the procedure and the nurse couldn't wait to get out of there to start his weekend. Unprofessional. Don't be fooled by the fresh looking office like I was.

I'm really disappointed with this dental office. Out of nowhere, I received a bill on November 17th…read moreclaiming I owed $98 for a service done 16 months ago. The notice said it was my "final notification before collections" -- yet this was literally the first time I had ever been contacted about it. The office has my email and cell number, and they regularly text me for appointments, but never once sent any email, text, or call about this balance. They said they had mailed letters, but I had moved and had specifically informed the office of my new address, so they knew mailed statements wouldn't reach me. Despite that, they never used any of the contact methods I actually receive. The charge itself was for fluoride, which I never would have agreed to if I had known it wasn't covered by my insurance. It was $98 -- something that could easily be written off considering the circumstances. When I explained everything and asked them to comp it, I was told the staff member "did not have the authority" to adjust the balance. But after I mentioned that I would leave an honest review describing the situation, suddenly she did have the ability to offer 25% off. That made it clear that the earlier "I don't have the authority" line was simply a pressure tactic, not the truth. Overall, the lack of communication, the inaccurate claim that I had received multiple notices, and the sudden shift in what they "could" do once I pushed back all felt really unprofessional. I would recommend being extremely cautious with this office, especially around billing and transparency.

I went in to have my teeth whitened, and they did not know what they were supposed to do and instead did something that made whitening impossible, and then told me I needed Veneers to solve the problem they created.
