Went in for a teeth whitening. After hours in a chair with my teeth in a plastic spreader my mouth stuffed with cotton, and zero results. I asked for my money back but they refused and said the documents I signed waved my right to refund. They said they don't guarantee any results. Avoid wasting your money here in whitening. read more

6 years later and Dr. Veksler is still as good as it gets! Going to her makes my day-honestly. She is so warm and positive and her skills are amazing. Cleanings are fast and painless and she has the latest equipment. I've had all sorts of treatments with her from scalings to GUM SURGERY and each experience has always been amazing and with as little pain as possible. I Did not have a great experience here at all. First of all, they only wanted to give me very early appointments because we were using a Groupon deal. Then, when we got there, they barely talked to us to explained the treatment or the after care. The dentist, Natasha was ridiculously rude at me because I went in with my husband for his treatment. She said "You are in the middle of the way and not helping at all" She said that in such a confrontational tone of voice. It was awful! I felt they were treating us that way because we had a Groupon deal and we were not their regular type of clients. I went there after reading all the reviews saying great results. She is very nice yes. But I did the Whitening and my teeth didn't change a bit. I contacted them after asking for a solution since I paid to have my teeth whiter and they just tell me I can buy another treatment. What a waste of money. read more

I came here for the Zoom whitening. The office was clean and the staff is friendly. The procedure took about 1.5 hours and I had no issues with pain or discomfort. Dr. Veksler evaluated me before the whitening and explained every step of it. She was professional and her dental hygienist was also very helpful. My gums were lined to protect them from sensitivity. I had 3 sessions that lasted around 15 minutes each. I got clear instructions to follow for 48 hours afterwards. I wish I met Dr. Veksler sooner. All the reviewers are accurate when they say she is highly skilled, knows how to put you at ease during procedures, and works efficiently. She has the best "bedside manner" I have ever experienced with a dentist and the cost of services is very fair. Also worth noting is that she is the person doing all the procedures - at least, that has been my experience so far. I can completely understand why one reviewer says he actually flies to Boston to see her. My previous dentist and hygienist were making me question what was fact and what was fiction with respect to my dental needs. I got to a point where I just didn't trust them anymore and I stopped going there. I wasn't looking forward to trying a new dentist because I had become so conditioned that it always ends the same: they either exaggerate or outright lie about what you need; they do substandard work; and/or they disrespect your time by not starting your appointment on time. VERY fortunately for me, I got lucky in finding Dr. Veksler. In an age where our health care system is so removed from true patient care, Dr. Veksler's approach is even all the more stunning and a blessing. The things I have already listed are what make me want to keep seeing her as my dentist; the things that make me want to go the next step and tell everybody to go see her are as follows: - Dr. Veksler doesn't make you feel like you're an inconvenience. I'm so used to that thing where the hygienist does all the work and then the dentist rushes in, looks in your mouth, tells you it's time to redo every filling, and then rushes out the door. - Dr. Veksler takes the time to thoroughly explain what is going on in your mouth. She explains what you need and what you don't need. She doesn't make you feel rushed. - I don't feel abused by the experience. Dr. Veksler doesn't use scare tactics and create problems that don't exist. - I don't feel like I'm being lied to. - I don't feel like she is trying to financially exploit me with up-sells and doomsday dental disasters on the horizon. - I believe she is sincere and wants to help you, and at the same time is very sensitive to your finances. The establish lacks overall class and customer service. Advertised as zoom, but results were far less in quality than other venders that use the zoom technology. When we attempted to reconcile the lack of results, they seemed to care less that we were dissatisfied and offered no recourse. Moreover, when we pressed the issue, the receptionist named Bóra became so disgruntled that she hung up the phone abruptly. We had to call back and request to speak with the Dr. Natasha Veksler directly who supported her staff's poor customer service. Dr. Veksker also lied and said she overheard the conversation which I'm sure they did not have us on speaker so that the other customers could hear our complaint. And if she was listening to her staff be rude to a client then shame on Dr. Veksler for not intervening in the moment to spare us as the customer of such disrespect from her receptionist. Overall this establishment lacks the etiquette, class, and customer service that is NOT worthy of one's hard earned money. Moreover, their level of conduct was far less of someone who you would entrust with your body and health. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment to anyone, particularly I would not recommend any of my Harvard Medical School colleagues to this establishment. read more

I was afraid to go to the dentist, as I hadn't been in some time. Dr Veksler made it super easy, talked through everything that she was doing, and made me feel very comfortable. She spent time looking at the X-rays with me and determined I needed to come back for two fillings. I had a second appointment for the fillings and again, she made me feel very comfortable, and the two fillings were super painless and easy. Natasha Veksler is a dental doctor with golden hands. Her mother was also a dental doctor. Natasha was correcting small problems with adjusting dentures for my both parents with one try. Her hand eye coordination is amazing. She installed me Invisalign back in 2009 that holds until today and allowed me to keep one lower jaw tooth that another doctor recommended to extract. The Invisalign also perfectly aligned my lower teeth and since 2009 a thin wire going beyond my lower teeth holds them aligned for over 6 years. I've been coming to see Dr. Veksler for over 3 years now and have had nothing but amazing experiences with her and her staff. She is super friendly, genuine, makes great conversation and answers all your questions. She doesn't push any boutique procedures and she made a couple of recommendations that have made such a noticeable difference in my dental hygiene. How good is Dr. Veksler? She is so good I fly here from out of town to use her as my dentist. I started with her once when I was in Boston with a teeth whitening deal she advertised, but now will go to no other dentist. She has a great demeanor with patients, is very down to earth and friendly. She is always very sensitive to any patient discomfort and has a natural ability to be very gentle with what she does. Called Dr. Veksler just before 4th of July when all other dental offices were already closed. She agreed to see me right away. I did not have insurance and she said not to worry because as she put it, it was more important for her to help me and get rid of my pain than money. She really did come through! She gave me a "new patient special" price that I could afford. She did so much in just one visit: got rid of my inflammation under the crown, x-rays, exam, cleaning and a free sample.
