He recognized something that alarmed him, that ended up getting an x-ray (Bass), and then further, having a procedure (Bass), that proved to be negative. She personally coordinated for my mom to see a specialist and followed up with me to make sure my mom was ok after my mom presented with a difficult infection that two prior doctors(urgent care/ER) got wrong. In Dr. Parsons I got all of what I wanted and more. He has the best demeanor I have ever seen in an MD. Very customer service oriented. His staff also has the same high quality customer/patient service attitude. I receive personal phone calls immediately if I need help. I am able to get in the same day for appointments if I believe I need it. Given the insurance crunch which leaves physicians very little time to focus on individual patients, signing on with a private MD is a very smart financial investment in yourself. I found Pam via a friend of a friend. After being diagnosed with a high Calcium CT scan and elevated LP(a) I knew I needed more that just standard routine medical treatment. I believe we were perfectly built and what we eat (what's allowed to be in our food industry) has caused a collapse in our health. I learn so much by seeing her. Today Super Bowl Sunday I sent a message to the office for what I thought would be Monday morning, instead I got an email back and she called me to discuss. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I let the receptionist know I confirmed my appointment and that I received an OK. After showing the receptionist the text thread, She stated to the lady sitting at the desk that I did indeed confirm my appointment to which the angry lady replied "I never received it". The receptionist stated she would look into seeing if I could be seen still and I asked to use the restroom while she checked to see if the Doctor would see me. When I returned to the front desk-the receptionist was explaining to me how important it was for me to confirm my appointments as soon as I receive the text. I simply replied how I had been in meetings all day ( mind you this was the day before Thanksgiving, and I was already stressed because it was my 1st year to host Thanksgiving), and the receptionist replied with "we don't know that your in meetings". As soon as I was going to apologize to the receptionist, the angry lady sitting at the desk tries to start going off on me and I put my hand up to stop her. I then looked at the receptionist and stated " I'm good" and I left the office. Yesterday I received a letter from this office telling me that Dr. Temkin can no longer see me due to my behavior between his office. Not once did I raise my voice nor did I say anything rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR unless you want to be spoken to poorly by the staff. Mind you the receptionist was very kind and professional. However-the lady that does the scheduling-GET RID OF HER. BTW-because of this lady I wouldn't have set foot back there anyway. So they wasted a stamp . I still have the text with all of the confirmations showing I confirmed my appointment and asking her not to cancel my appointment and that I did in fact confirm my appointment. Very sad!

Having read…read morereviews of Dr Temkin's practice, I felt ready to leave my previous hormone pellet provider and switch to a new form of pellet therapy. I am ready to believe that Dr. Temkin is a first rate physician. But I will not be pursuing hormone replacement therapy with his practice, because his office support peron was rude and dismissive of my questions concerning BioT. I had researched carefully and wanted to make the most educated choice possible, so I decided to try again with a different staff member.
