I have since learned that the Clearing House auctions are not what they seem on a variety of levels. Highly unethical and simply not nice people.

We heard about Mission Bungalow from our good Ole Pal GOOGLE, after typing in the search bar, "furniture stores near me", while sitting outside Raleigh Raw Juice Bar & Cafe, eating our sushi burrito and drinking our berry smoothie. Upon completion of our lunch, Google maps, without fail, guided us to Mission Bungalow's exact location. After walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by Mark, the owner. We let Mark know that we had been doing some minor research on bedroom sets but could not find what we wanted. After listening to us describe our style and what we wanted, he began to show us their gallery. Mark was extremely kind and patient with us, especially since our indecisiveness and ADHD was in full swing, going out of his way to make sure we had what we were looking for and explaining all the different designs and styles, especially with the different woods and stains. He was straight forward and honest with the time frame at which products are being delivered and when we would expect our new furniture. They restored our Merton Gershun Accord bedroom set, which we sourced from different vendors. The nightstands, dresser, and mirror were in decent shape, but the headboard was in a bit rougher shape. Now every single piece looks cohesive, flawless, and honestly better than we ever imagined. We also brought them a 1969 Lane coffee table we found on Facebook Marketplace. It had water stains, uneven legs, and plenty of wear. Brian worked his magic, and it came back looking like a showpiece. It is perfectly restored, structurally solid, and visually stunning. On top of that, we purchased unfinished wood bedframes and had them tone and color matched to our MCM sets. The match is spot on !!!! You'd never know they weren't part of the original collection. He put them in but did not show me till after that he had to remove some wood pieces on side to get the hinges to fit. It looks bad but will look better when I stain exposed areas. My one major complaint is that one door is perfect and closes well. The other door is slightly off - when I close it rubs against the side of the dresser. In closing it has actually "shaved" off some of the wood on the door. I will have to sand the door to keep it from rubbing on the side of the dresser
