And have always thought the service and expertise were outstanding until my recent mammogram last week. The women doing the mammogram were all new. And very inexperienced. it was a nightmare getting it done. It had to be repeated and my breast felt like they had been in a torture chamber. I was scared. It was so painful at one point I gasped. My technician even told me she was new to this and had to have her worked rechecked. It took well over an hour. The front desk people were new also. What gives? I don't understand how things have changed since i was there last year. It seemed totally different. And not friendly.

The staff are supportive and and never seem rushed. When you are their patient you are who they focus on not their phone, the next person or the other staff to "chat" with over you.

I was called back right on time, no waiting forever to go back. Everything explained to me (as always) and very easy. In and out in under 20 minutes. Nobody enjoys getting the girls smashed, but it truly can't be a life saving chore, and Wake Radiology is a great place to get a bit so fun experience done. Highly recommend.

After a total of 6 weeks for an MRI I was denied service for the second time on 11/6/2025. i was…read moredenied service because the x-ray I had done after the first denial of service was done at Duke. I was told that each MRI machine is different and that my x-ray that I had performed 2 weeks prior, needed to be done at Wake Radiology. understanding MRI machines are different but an X-ray is the same no matter where it is performed. Also, the radiologists, especially at a large conglomerate like Wake Radiology, have access to the EPIC my chart that every hospital system in Wake County uses So an MRI that was originally ordered on 9/9/2025 has not been performed yet and new neurologic symptoms have developed/increased . also, the radiologists refuse to have any communications with their patients.Wake Radiologists avoid any patient interaction Please avoid Wake Radiology facilities.

They were quick and explained what they were doing before they did it. No anxiety. No stress. It was a really calm experience. The office was clean and organized. It was decorated for the holidays. I absolutely loved my experience. I highly recommend this office.
