My experience with Custom Finish Paint and Body, specifically with the owner Mary, was nothing short of traumatic. She showed no manners, compassion, or basic human decency during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. The day after my accident, my husband attempted to access our vehicle. While his name wasn't on the registration, we provided a legal power of attorney that granted him permission. Mary flatly refused and insisted that I be the one to come, despite the fact that I was physically unable to walk and emotionally shattered. I had just survived an accident where I could've lost both my life and the life of my unborn child. Still, I had to drag myself there to collect what I could, barely able to function. I later informed her I needed to return to retrieve more belongings, and she coldly informed me I no longer had access and would have to wait until the car reached the salvage yard. Her complete lack of empathy and professionalism is alarming. I won't waste more words on her appalling business practices or her inability to be a decent human being. Just do yourself a favor: do NOT bring your vehicle here. If you're ever in an accident, ask the police to tow your car somewhere else, anywhere else. This woman should NOT be allowed to operate a business, let alone one dealing with people in crisis.

The paint and body work was so bad and poorly checked over that the truck had to be sent back twice. From paint on the chrome part of the door handles, crooked emblems, dent not being fixed on the initial repair or even in the second (finally fixed on third), fender flair bulging off of the fender, bad orange peel, polish left on the mirror, trash left in the bed of the truck, they took of the bed cover and instead of putting it back on they left it in the bed of the truck. This wasn't a rush job as they had the truck for a month. EVERYONE including the painter, the body repair guy, the person who quality checks it, and the service advisor Christopher should all be fired. I've had quite a few cars repaired (unfortunately) and this has hands down been the worse experience, and poorest quality work I have ever seen.
