I went there to pick up my retainers , I usually go by the north office on Hilton Rd but unfortunately I had to go here to get my retainers and It was the worst experience ever. They didn't care to make sure my retainers fit properly, They were just in a rush to give them to me and have me go on my way. I had questions and was dismissed quickly and they were very rough when fitting retainers which still doesn't fit btw they just tossed them in a case and handed me a bag and had me go on my way.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from your office regarding my account…read morebalance. I was charged for a service that I had already paid my portion for, while the remaining balance was not covered because I had lost my job and changed insurance. When I came into the office, I was not asked whether my insurance had changed, so the claim was apparently submitted through my previous insurance. When your office later contacted me about the balance, I explained that I had new insurance and asked that the claim be resubmitted through my current insurance. Instead of assisting me with correcting the issue, I was told that it was entirely my responsibility to notify the office of the insurance change. While I understand that patients have a responsibility to provide updated insurance information, I also expect a dental office to verify insurance information and work with its patients to resolve billing issues when an error occurs. I found the response I received to be dismissive and unhelpful, especially since I was willing to provide my new insurance information so the claim could be processed correctly. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has left me with very little confidence in your office's customer service. I have therefore decided to seek dental care elsewhere. I hope your office will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future, as a little willingness to help resolve an issue would have made a significant difference.

Then she had the nerve to say to another hygienist, "We gotta hurry up because Dr. Miller's niece is coming in." I was very annoyed because his niece probably isn't paying to have her teeth cleaned. Based on these representations, I left the facility with the understanding that my financial responsibility had been fully satisfied. Approximately one month later, I received an unexpected bill in the mail stating that my insurance had not covered the full amount of the services rendered. I immediately contacted the medical center for clarification and was informed that the charges were not fully covered by my insurance after all. Had I been properly informed beforehand that the services would not be covered as represented, I would have had the opportunity to make an informed financial decision regarding the appointment and treatment. Instead, I relied on the information provided by the medical center and proceeded under the reasonable belief that the visit was covered except for my co-payment. As a result of the inaccurate information and representations made by the facility, I am now facing an unexpected financial obligation that I did not knowingly agree to incur.
