The staff is friendly; however, I had a problem with my crown and was ignored after I paid $1,700. I came there to have the tooth pulled in the first place, but was talked into the $1,700 last for over 10 year crown. I'm 70 years old and on a fixed income. My crown came out while I was taking a bite of a soft chicken nugget. They should be putting the crown on with Gorilla glue if they can make sure it stays in for at least 10 years. I have been going here for 12 years, and they are the best in the area as far as I'm concerned. With my new work schedule, I could no longer see Dr. Holliday. I have gone to several of these chain dental offices that are popping up on every corner, and they don't come close to the treatment that you will get with Carolina Forest Cosmetic Dentistry. Horrible! do not go here! Worst cleaning of my life! even though I provided them wit my CURENT dental records, and I was told over the phone that I would not need any additional X-rays. Old equipment, no new technology. my teeth still feel dirty. No scraping in between teeth! I am currently disputing the charges and will have to do it all over again. Beware! As a new resident in the area, I reached out to this service provider asking if they were in network with my insurance carrier. I was told "YES" by their office manager, but as it turned out right after my son was treated, their office manager indicated that we owed for the services rendered. "Why not mention this before my son was treated for a routine cleaning? I did call our insurance company, and they indicated that they were in fact "NOT" in network. I called and this office manager did not recall our conversation. My fault was entrusting this office on the coverages, and therefore incurred the out of network services for a routine cleaning that is typically at no charge within an in network service provider. Carolina Forest Cosmetic Dentistry, "Thank you for the negative welcoming to this area which we truly enjoy outside of this service provider." You finally contacted me after 6 months. You are asking me to take down my review. You commented on my five one star reviews. You also said my comments were factually incorrect. I will not take down my post as there is nothing I wrote that is untrue. If I have an opinion I should be able to speak my piece. Hopefully the next person will be able to avoid the same experience. The Internet is a wonderful thing. You can buy something or research a service without worrying about or at least lessening the chances of losing time, money and frustration. We have freedom of speech and it is my right to express my opinion. This is America Dr. Holiday. If you're going to deliver a service you're going to have to understand you cannot satisfy everyone. You need to grow up and try to take this review as something to better yourself or if you think you are not at fault then fine forget about it and move forward in your life's work. If one bad review is enough to destroy your practice or reputation then you already have serious problems. Criticism can and should be taken in a way to improve your practice such as had you written something to the effect of: Mr. Bonora: I am so sorry that you were unsatisfied with my service to you and I would like the opportunity to make you happy. Please contact my office so that your issues could be discussed and possibly resolved. It would have put you in a let's say more favorable light with me..........and perhaps anyone else who might have read my comment. We are never to old to learn Dr. Holiday and we should always seek to keep peace and satisfy our clients even knowing that there are some people who can never be satisfied. My wife and I have been patients for Dr Holladay and staff. for more than three years. They have always been super friendly and the services have been exceptionally professional. We have been impressed with the "goodness of fit" for the crowns that have been installed. The dental hygiene and dentistry services have been great. Hi my name is Lisa. I want to tell everyone the wonderful experience I had on my first visit and my first 2 fillings. When I went for my first consultation I understood all the information Debbie told me. She told me what to expect and I can decide when and how long it will take on getting my smile back to where I was happy. I didn't feel pressure like my past experience in other dental offices. Dr. Holladay treated me like a person and not a number. For the past years I never had that happen in any dental office. Tabitha was Wonderful!! She explain to me all the info I needed. My mistake with this dentist was not understanding that he was NOT an orthodontist, but simply a dentist with promises to deliver [orthodontist-like] results. Big mistake not clarifying that requirement early on. Thorough my dissatisfaction.. I saught independent consults with 3 "real orthodontists" and who all independently said conventional braces would have the capability to move my teeth correctly. Do not pay in full because he will remove them and refuse to put them back on. Very unhappy read more

Doc Holiday is straight forward. Everyone on his staff is courteous and polite. He and his staff doesn't hassle or try to upsell anything and work in a very efficient timely manner. They do charge a little more than the other dentists around but I enjoy the atmosphere and staff so it's a price I gladly pay to. Hard to find a dentist office you can feel relaxed at. read more

Great Dentist with an absolutely awful office manager, Suzanne. Research your coverage for in network and out of network percentages. I questioned my coverage for out of network with the office manager and she assured me it would be no difference for in network or out of network for my procedure. Based on the information she provided me, I made an informed decision to keep my appointment and stay with Dr. Holiday. Once I received my bill it was evident she incorrectly quoted my coverage. Her customer service skills are less than stellar and will be looking for a new dentist. Sad to have a great dentist with a less than stellar manager being the voice of the practice. read more
