Background: I was waiting on another AC company to get back to me on a quote: days. Called them twice to check. Problem is it was hot as hell in the house - up to 88F in stifling humidity. So I called Air Experts late Thurs morning. We scheduled a consult with their "comfort advisors" (sales) for that same afternoon! That was kinda mind blowing by itself. Jackson and Erik got there and we were tearing it up while getting business done - hilarious really. By about 5pm same day, I had a quote and a good price for 2 new units. But then the next shocker. They scheduled the install FOR THE NEXT MORNING. Their installers arrived early next morning, Mark, Roberto, & Tyler. All great guys. By 10:30 I finally had air blasting in the house. I had suffered with failing AC for 18 months since buying this house and they had it down to 70 for their tests. It was... AMAZING. So, without doubt I recommend these guys. Professional, fun, courteous, timely and they honor their word.

We were fortunate that two different service persons who were in our crawlspace both commented that "You might want to do something about the mold." So we looked. Yep, it WAS that bad. Who to hire? And what EXACTLY to do? We did get four quotes although they all had slightly different components. Ultimately, we chose Carolina Casa, and we're very glad we did. Owner Ryan Leheny came by within a couple days of our inquiry to scope out the project. He listened carefully and made suggestions but was willing to modify tactics based on our desires. We went through a few emails (well, maybe more than a few) back and forth and he was always willing to adjust. A short one week after signing the quote (several times updated based on our emails) Carolina Casa was ready to start. Ryan's team was professional, courteous, and conscientious, spending six hours (or more) at a time in the crawlspace. As with any project, there were some minor hiccups but the team took them in stride and made things work. We never encountered a "That's not in the quote," "We can't do that," or "That's just the way it is" situation. In fact, Ryan and his team went out of their way to remove some non-functional pipe hanging in the crawlspace. At the inspection (yes, sealing a crawlspace requires a permit in Wake County) there were some minor issues raised which Carolina Casa returned within days to remedy. The inspector also praised the work as high quality. We are pleased to recommend Carolina Casa of Wendell, NC unqualifiedly.
