We did so, but Kohler sent the wrong part (not the part that Ben said we needed), which Ben discovered when he came out the second time to fix the faucet. So, we went back to Kohler, convinced them that Ben knew which part was needed. They apologized and promptly sent it, and Ben (and Mason) came out a third time -- it was the right part, and Ben promptly fixed the shower faucet. I called this company for a commercial drain service. They told me they could be onsite Monday…read morearound 11 a.m., and to be fair, they were prompt. On the call, I specifically asked about pricing. I was told a clogged toilet would be $150-$175 and a main line would be $350. The person who answers the phone, Kenny, was rude throughout the process. I repeatedly told him that if any additional work was needed or if the cost was going to increase, I needed to be notified first, and I also requested before-and-after photos. Despite that, I was unexpectedly billed $450. Kenny later claimed there was "extra work because the drain was outside," even though there were no updates or approvals requested while the tech was onsite. The two photos I received showed nothing useful. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Poor communication, surprise charges, and rude customer service. I do not recommend working with this company.

Angel called within 10 minutes and was at our door less than 30 minutes later. He had great questions and we quickly made our way to the indoor air handler. Again, a couple of straightforward questions about what we were experiencing and he zeroed in on a frozen coil. Had it fixed and found the source of the problem freeze problem within minutes. No one wants problems with heat/air units, but they happen. When they do, call Streamline Services and they will absolutely take care of you and your home. Can't recommend them enough.

We can't say enough great things about this plumbing company! When our hot water heater failed…read moreduring cold weather earlier this year, Tommy came out as soon as he was finished with another job, replaced our Rinnai with a new unit, and relocated it from outside to our crawlspace -- with meticulous care. He stayed until 12:30 AM on a Sunday to make sure everything was perfect. He later returned to fix our main shut-off valve. He also replaced the pressure valve under the house, and removed a governor which doubled our shower wand water pressure (I can rinse my hair in record time now!). And if that wasn't enough, he came back again to replace the old Kohler faucet valves in our shower and tub that he had ordered when he fixed the main shut-off valve. Still reading? ;) We used to use Cary Plumbing but they could not come for a week :( So we called our HVAC company, asked for a recommendation, and they gave us Chris Moss' number. Forever thankful to Chris because he was honest with us. He said he of course wanted to replace our unit, but would not be able to come out as quickly as we had hoped so he gave us Tommy's number in case Tommy could come sooner. Tommy is such a good man he came out on Sunday night. We had the opportunity to talk to Tommy's wife and she is just as wonderful. Finding someone in these days who was willing to come on a Sunday evening and stay that late so that we could have hot water seemed like a miracle to us (and he did not upcharge us for the weekend work). We would hire Tommy again in a second.
