Unfortunately I came to the Carolina Premium Outlets the weekend before Christmas on my way up to Massachusetts for the holiday. Yes, there are a lot of stores but the main part is set up like a very long strip mall with a disheveled parking lot and the inability for the shopper to stroll leisurely too all the stores. It seems that this outlet is poorly planned and needs a complete overhaul. The good thing is that I was able to find great savings especially at Children's Place and Coach but the bad thing is that these outlets off of I-95 in North Carolina cannot hold a candle to their sister outlets in, for example, Kittery, ME or Orlando, FL. Time for an update and redesign! Add some different stores and a good coffee shop and the experience here would be much better. read more

I traveled here twice in one month and I got a lot of clothes for a cheap price shopping at the Gap-Nike-rack room shoes. Rack room shoes had the buy one get the second pair of shoes half off which is phenomenal to a mother on a budget.!I found shoes under $15 in the Nike store - The Gap store offered 15% of the purchase of 5 items that were already discounted - I will probably never shop at Cross Creek Mall again unless I don't feel like driving 58 minutes to the outlet, but the savings draw you back in. ------The bathrooms were missing hand soap luckily the attendant was just pulling up when I was fighting with getting a penny size of soap out of the dispenser..lol------- read more

Took my family there today. Bathrooms were scarce, sidewalks were crowded, merchandise was not great. Don't plan on going back.

This place has everything you could need to spend an obscene amount of money in one day. The prices are not "outlet" prices. Nothing really seems to be on crazy clearance - at least not the things I'm looking to buy. My fiance and I went engagement ring shopping out there. Stay away from Zales if you aren't planning on dropping 10 grand, or they treat you like absolute garbage. I told the guy that I work in the medical field and use my hands a lot, so I didn't want anything super expensive, and he literally turned his nose up at me and said "Well what DO you want, then?" I was so mad I left. The woman at Kay Jewelers was absolutely fantastic. She was funny, helpful, and even though I thought I wouldn't get approved for Kay Credit, she said it wouldn't hurt to try, and I was approved. If you want jewelry, definitely go there - they treat you like a human being. read more

I'm an online shopper so the outlets is honestly extremely overwhelming. They advertise great sales, but I think you save the most when you go into high end relators. My aunt saved $250 on a $500 purse! If you're like me and already buy cheaper clothes, the savings aren't worth the battle of so many people. Also, the hours aren't ideal especially around the holiday season. Save yourself some time and energy and just shop online. read more

This place needs to be update in order to attract more people. Its about 45 min drive from the place where i live and its not worth. I did not find anything cheap even after drove 45 min than go to shop next to your door. if it is convenient to ur home then prolly you can visit. There's not a lot of variety in apparel here besides the typical preppy stores. As everyone said, the prices weren't any different than shopping at the mall. We went into Hagger and we found sweaters for $20 which felt warm n' cozy. There was a lot of people shopping on a Saturday evening. The parking lot was packed. I still don't care to seek out this outlet with these prices and labels. read more

I'm NEVER in NC, so I decided I'd stop to see what all the billboard hype along I-95 was all about. I ended up at Coach, Bath and Body Works, Book Warehouse and Cindale Beads. I went at a great time -- Monday around noon, so there was NO traffic. The layout is boring -- one long strip -- but it makes it so that tourists like me don't miss anything when coming to peruse what's there. read more

The nearest outlet store from Fayetteville off of I-95. We made our first stop here on our way to Virginia Beach, VA. Been to this location at least three times. Plenty of parking. I agree the center needs a major facelift, but the other side of the outlet where the Polo and Coach are is brand new and updated. Nice location. Market Street is a major thoroughfare to Raleigh and I-95 basically takes you anywhere to/from north or south. read more

Store galore! It is about 40 minutes from where I live but the savings is worth it. Definitely need a whole day out here. Put your walking shoes on because this outlet center is huge. We spent about 3 hours there and we didnt go in all the stores. We were on a mission to find sneakers for 2 fussy boys. Dairy queen is there to grab a quick snack. Hundreds of store and great a variety. I would have loved to get back there to look by myself. I could definitely do some damage. LOL read more

The prices could be better, but it's a good place to do local shopping for clothes, depending on the time parking can be a bit difficult near some of the major brand stores like the Nike store. read more

Bose speakers store closed at this location and I had bought a Revolve and a link bluetooth speaker there. Tried to call around and see what I needed to do, finally a Best Buy employee said that I should just call Bose Headquarters,so I did. The girl transferred me to Tech. and another girl said that I could reset and maybe that would solve my problem, but it didn't and she said there was nothing that they could do because it was bought at that store. I call B.S. bigtime. They don't give these suckers away by no means. So I'll just have to trash and go buy another. It will not be Bose though, just because their crappy service, not necessarily because of product. I have a Bose surround sound 500 for my T.V. and ot does fine, knock on everything. I hope it does so I won't have to deal with Bose overseas costumer service, because I won't go through that again. I'm so mad that I got Model and Serial #'s for them and still had no luck. Not good for the more discerning shopper... Selection is meager at many of the stores I've been to. There is not enough eating establishments, mostly fast food, and the people are downright "low class". Dirty parking lots near the DQ and Nike Store. I liked Le Creuset, but that's about it. read more

Enjoyed shopping here. Need an entire weekend to visit each store. My favorite was the Nestle store. I so miss being able to shop and stop to get some warm chocolate chip cookies. Easy Spirit also had some great deals and their customer service was exceptional. Wasn't impressed with the Gap store, it's too small with limited variety. Can say I would not visit the AEO again, period. I don't like the pricing and how the store manipulated the pricing at the register. "Buy one, get 50% off the second pair of jeans", but at the register they actually take 25% off each pair. Still equates to more. Worth getting the shopping pass at the customer service office, which is located next to Nike. read more

This is a great Outlet Mall... like Shanese says, bring your walking shoes! I've only been to a few stores because I'm always short on time when I go there. I need to spend a day though to enjoy more stores. There is a lot of parking and the parking lot is not too crazy to navigate. They have all kinds of great retail outlets here. Nice Place! read more

Stopped in for some "Premium" shopping on the way back to good ol' Charm City Baltimore. The stop was a waste. I was surprised to find that although the Outlets had many of the shops I wanted to visit, the stores just didn't have it together. The Nike outlet store, although one of the biggest didn't even have hats for sale. The Under Armour outlet almost sold us two different size shoes, that were placed in the same box. When we went back and tried looking for the matching pair, it was no where to be found. Apparently, they must have already sold two mismatching shoes to someone before. Yikes! The stores all were relatively small and didn't offer anymore products than you would find at a mall, maybe even a little less. read more

Horrible layout of the outlets. Makes me miss my good old Philadelphia premium outlets back home in Pa. Not much variety as well and the stores which I do like have very little variety....no great deals. Not coming back again it was waste of gas and time I rather visit tj maxx or marshals. read more

Great place to stretch your legs when traveling on I-95 South/North AND by the way shop until you drop. :) There are a lot of great stores, plenty of parking spaces, and a few outside/sidewalk vendors. There's a guy with a lemonade stand - he makes fresh squeezed lemonade for $6.00 - the cup with a straw (reusable souvenir-style), very yummy! Also there's a vendor that sales 1600-1800 thread Egyptian lining with extra pillow cases; I stocked up. :) read more

Where do I first start. I guess at the beginning so here goes. An extremely nice ring was ordered and paid in full for my wedding which was in August. The ring was ordered in May only to be informed around 2 weeks later that it could not be sized. My ring could have been remade to fit my finger in my size so that is what my boyfriend advised them to do. Zales manager advised that reordering would be 4 to 6 weeks so it would be back in time for my wedding. Well, wedding date came and still no ring. Matter of fact, management fail to keep us informed about what was going on. We ran it up the chain to regional management and again they fail to display any type of empathy or remorse. Not only did this Zales not come thru with my ring but my 91 year old mom also ordered a very nice ring that she wanted to wear at my wedding. Again, Zales failed. My mom paid for her ring, ordered it, and not only were we told my mom's ring could not be sized but it had been discontinued and no longer available to order. So, here we go back to the drawing board looking for a new ring for my mom to wear. We spotted a nice ring, paid for it; ordered it in the right size but the ring comes back 3 sizes too small. Unless you want to be highly frustrated, extremely disappointed, and experience the lack of accountability from Zales DO NOT SHOP HERE. The only sales person who I will visit at this location and tried to make things right is ONE Sales Person who I will not name at this time. That person knows who exhibited customer centric experience and showed my now husband and I remorse. read more

This place is a huge collection of outlet stores, and is not as low-rent as you might expect an outlet strip mall to be. Unfortunately, as a "Premium" outlet mall you will find that the prices aren't as low as you probably came here hoping they'd be. My one visit down here was actually prompted by the desire to visit a specific store, the Yankee Candle outlet, and I was satisfied both with the low prices there and--more importantly--the variety of out-of-print candles they had in stock. Admittedly, I didn't visit many other stores, so take my review for what it's worth; but from what I could see, parking isn't too hard to find but isn't that plentiful either, and this doesn't seem to be the place to find huge bargains. It is, however, certainly worth at least one visit, especially if you have specific brands you are interested in (as I did). read more

Variety! It's hard to fly past the exits on I95 and NOT stop at the Outlets! You can take a pit stop, have lunch at a number of eateries, AND shop! Caroline Pottery Factory will always make me happy I got my SUV! I've filled it with my purchases! Nike, as does Adidas,always has good deals on my running clothes! I find it very hard that others say there's such a small choice of stories! I just recently stopped by in March and found too many options to shop. I hit Lauren and always find great deals! Not bad. Mostly just the feel of a large strip mall. Could use more places to eat as the Auntie Anne's was closed on our visit. Sure there is a small street crossing you have to make to get to the newer area but its not that bad. Parking can be a nightmare on the busy days so the early weekdays are your best bet. I don't think its right to blame the main owners of the Outlets on the pricing but some stores you can find great deals. I really like this outlet and love it even more because it's only 15 minutes from my house. I mostly come here to shop for my kids and get great deals. Store are spread out though by a lot so you have to keep getting in and out of your car if you are going to stores that's too far from each other. read more

These outlets are a little dated, but still offer a great selection of stores. A little difficult to maneuver through their parking lots. If you plan to walk the distance, I can guarantee you will get a full work out. The layout is spread out!
