Then I found some sweatshirts that were on sale that felt super comfortable and decided to purchase one. OMG I wore this thing so much until the sauna heat appeared in FL! I never heard of the label but it is Southern Fried Cotton. My second visit was just to purchase more of those sweatshirts! Lucky me, they were on sale this time! I purchased 3! I was so happy that when I was visiting my parents, I told my mom, and then she was interested. Unfortunately when I went back, they did not have any in her size or the same style as the original I purchased, that she liked. The store is large but very packed with clothing, accessories, and shoes. I definitely would not call or compare this to an outlet because the prices are higher here than at the outlets. They also have a membership program, where you can build points to get rewards. Unfortunately, I signed up my second visit so I missed out on my first purchase.

We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. I know that it seems like it'd be a desirable place for young people to work because you get a discount and it's a pretty cool place to work at I think that this girl might need some more training or maybe another girl who really wants to work at that store should take her place.

Before, I noted that the majority of items were made in China and the store lacked locally made products or handcrafted pottery. I appreciate locally made products and the craftsmanship. So it is disappointing that these products are not available. It does have a large craft section for those looking for something similar to a Michaels store. Outdoor furniture seemed to be another big seller. It is a busy store so some seem to like it. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other stores. Most of these outlet stores tend to price high. At that point 'Georgia' said not very nicely "go to register 1". I smiled & said thank you as she was clearly agitated. As I was checking out there was a prompt on the kiosk about the Loyality program. I was curious but she clearly wanted me to hurry up, making a sigh when I hesitated to finish the transaction because I wanted to know about the program. I didn't ask as she made me uncomfortable enough by being so agitated just walking over to ring up 1 item. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. It's unfortunate that she doesn't want to help customers when that is what she should be there to do.

I spent about $100 for it which I later regretted. After we got back home, I ended up ordering a bookbag online from Coach. It took 3 weeks to receive it and I ended up sending it back because it had a weird odor to it. So, I will be back to this or a different Coach outlet store soon. I love Coach!

Spoke with several Timberland people including Timberland.com and customer service all who said the store should have corrected the matter and that it was strange that Julee would not return or exchange these defective boots. I have received several apologies but no refund or exchange. I have since gone to north Face and purchased my son good quality boots, and placed the Trashy Timberland boots back in the original box.Timberland is unloading their defective product on the consumer refusing to correct the matter when caught and stealing your money. Why would I want to do business or buy another pair of defective boots from a company that treats it's consumer in this way . I plan on filing a civil action against the store to recoup my money and for damages. I am also considering a class action against Timberland for these fraudulent and unfair business practices Buyers Beware of this Store.

The one sales girl stated that some of the clearance items may be lower prices and she could check as my family and another family (of color) shopped. I picked up a denim book bag that had a price of $71. I asked about it. When the girl took the bag and checked the tag, she immediately ran off with it (fast paced walking) as I proceeded to call out to her with no response. She came from the rear of the store, with the bag in her hand, walked past me and put it back on the shelf. I asked her about the bag and the price and she said it was priced incorrectly and now the bag is $89. I called the manager over and explained the unprofessional behavior and situation. All she could say is that she was sorry and that the bad was priced wrong and the sales clerk came back to ask her about it. She also said they could not price change. If you rang it up and changed it from $89 to $71, that would be a price change. If it was makes $71 I can't understand why the price wasn't honored. BUT now I see why COACH was packed and no one was in this store. At that moment I had to decide whether I was going to purchase the accessories I wanted and my daughter told me she wasn't spending her money in there and I shouldn't either. The manager had no resolve and walked off. Guess we are going to have to do you like Target. After walking out and patronizing POLO, Michael Kors was still empty with the same (3) standing at the front of the store talking.

I love having Carolina Premium Outlets here in Smithfield. They have a great selection of affordable men's clothing stores including Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, adidas, Nike, Reebok, Haggar, and Banana Republic. When I visit outlets in other cities - from Myrtle Beach to Las Vegas - I can skip the stores I can shop at Carolina Premium which is a huge time savings. read more

I have been to Lush, Lego, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works here. Every shop we've been in had great employees and the stores were always clean. The mall in general is clean and bright and there's a ton of stores to shop around in. Minerology used to have two other locations but they closed down and stayed with one main location at Crabtree, so I'll make the long drive for my favorite place. The staff there are super knowledgeable about the fossils and minerals. They are very friendly and kind people and will help you find something special to bring home. They also do live sales occasionally on their Instagram. Many of the rocks in my collection came from here. Though Crabtree is far and I'm not a fan of their parking, I will always come back as long as my favorite stores remains!

I have documented allergies to dogs and also fear them for their unpredictable nature as what happened when he casually walked into the store. Also, I only buy second hand from smoke&pet free homes/stores. *Message to management: I've never owned a clothing store, but I've worked at one. It's very important for customers to feel safe and welcomed when trying on clothes and window shopping. In what world is it considered civilized to have an unleashed, untrained and aggressive dog positioned at the head of the store? You are actively discriminating against men shopping at your store by bringing this dog to work. Men like to surprise their girlfriend or wife or mother with something nice to wear from time to time. If you don't have liability insurance for potential dog bites when a man enters your store it might be time to get some. Or, better yet, just install a modern security system and leave your aggressive dog at home or bring it to a shelter. You will be doing the city of Raleigh and it's citizens a favor.
