I can't focus on cluttered places, so I didn't stay long. The prices were high on lots of their items. I'd might as well buy from Macy's and save myself the gas in driving to this store. I was a huge tomboy as a teenager and used to wear so much Carhart stuff. I was hoping to find some items similar to what I had growing up. I actually stopped in again twice on a trip this year, heading from and to FL. All the times I visited, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The staff is attentive and polite. I looked through all the Carhart items and unfortunately did not find anything I was looking for. Then I found some sweatshirts that were on sale that felt super comfortable and decided to purchase one. OMG I wore this thing so much until the sauna heat appeared in FL! I never heard of the label but it is Southern Fried Cotton. My second visit was just to purchase more of those sweatshirts! Lucky me, they were on sale this time! I purchased 3! I was so happy that when I was visiting my parents, I told my mom, and then she was interested. Unfortunately when I went back, they did not have any in her size or the same style as the original I purchased, that she liked. The store is large but very packed with clothing, accessories, and shoes. I definitely would not call or compare this to an outlet because the prices are higher here than at the outlets. They also have a membership program, where you can build points to get rewards. Unfortunately, I signed up my second visit so I missed out on my first purchase.

It is located near the Outlet Mall but far enough away (half a mile) from the traffic from there. The shopping center is technically located in Selma, NC. The parking lot is large, but you might still have trouble finding a parking place as it is a busy store. DeWayne's is not an outlet store but a high-quality, family-owned store with name brands. You will find clothing, Pandora, Kendra Scott, Hey Dude, Vineyard Vines, Simply Southern, Tommy Bahama, Julie Vos, Birkenstock, and Yeti coolers, as well as shoes and accessories. I am sure I missed a lot. I wouldn't normally go two days in a row, but after I posted my photos, I saw other photos of the upstairs. So I had to see what I missed, and I decided to go looking for an item. Upstairs was the Attic, where items are discounted 50% and 70% on Wednesdays, I was informed by an employee. Christmas Land is the largest Christmas store in North Carolina, with eleven decorated rooms. The Garden Center with indoor and outdoor plants was another popular area. They had bird seed, different types of soil, and containers. The Sweet Shop had a variety of fudge and Hershey's ice cream. There were other specialty foods throughout the store and closer to the cash registers. Everyone here was friendly, and I was even recognized on my second visit. When I entered for the first time, the employee could tell I was a little overwhelmed and helped me learn the layout of the store. If the outlet mall isn't for you, make sure you stop at DeWayne's for a much better experience. On my first visit, I left with Suzy Zoo items, fudge and chocolates. While I didn't find what I was looking for on the second day, I found something in the Christmas Land that would work. The line to check out was much longer, so I kept finding more items while waiting to pay. It was a good thing I didn't get a cart. They do have a rewards club, which I should have joined, as I am looking forward to returning.

I did not feel at all like she wanted to welcome us. She did not enjoy anything about her job. I ordered two chocolate shakes and an orange aid. The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. I know that it seems like it'd be a desirable place for young people to work because you get a discount and it's a pretty cool place to work at I think that this girl might need some more training or maybe another girl who really wants to work at that store should take her place.

Quality is more important to me than being a low price, as something that will last years is a better value than something that will just last a short time. Before, I noted that the majority of items were made in China and the store lacked locally made products or handcrafted pottery. I appreciate locally made products and the craftsmanship. So it is disappointing that these products are not available. It does have a large craft section for those looking for something similar to a Michaels store. Outdoor furniture seemed to be another big seller. It is a busy store so some seem to like it. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other stores. Most of these outlet stores tend to price high. I do not see myself returning here ever.

Stopped in today 3/24/26 @11:20am to buy a small garden flag and there wasn't anyone working a…read morecheckout register. There were 2 ladies that were sorting merchandise near the check out area so I walked back & forth and asked if there was a register open. At that point 'Georgia' said not very nicely "go to register 1". I smiled & said thank you as she was clearly agitated. As I was checking out there was a prompt on the kiosk about the Loyality program. I was curious but she clearly wanted me to hurry up, making a sigh when I hesitated to finish the transaction because I wanted to know about the program. I didn't ask as she made me uncomfortable enough by being so agitated just walking over to ring up 1 item. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. It's unfortunate that she doesn't want to help customers when that is what she should be there to do.

Stumbled into coach outlet for a return and notice a few red bags that caught my eye…read more I personally love that coach still brings the quality of leather like no other. Coach is timeless and affordable. The selection was plentiful. My husband was able to grab what we went for and that in itself was a win. Service was prompt. I think 2 people were helping us at once. That's rare these days. I truly love good customer service and I found it here. Recommend!

I felt like I was in a time warp back into time many, many years ago. I was just waiting to see the horse/carriages. Lol. Anyway, I always love shopping at the Coach outlet store. So, I couldn't wait to go inside. I was greeted immediately. I always feel like I'm at a car dealership when I walk in because of how we are swarmed upon entering. Everyone wants to help. Everyone wants to get that commission. I get it. The store had a lot of customers, but it wasn't hard to maneuver around the store. I found a lot of cute items but settled on a small purse. I spent about $100 for it which I later regretted. After we got back home, I ended up ordering a bookbag online from Coach. It took 3 weeks to receive it and I ended up sending it back because it had a weird odor to it. So, I will be back to this or a different Coach outlet store soon. I love Coach!

Purchased a pair of Boots for my 10 year old on the 11/10/19 these boots started coming apart on…read morethe 16th. Called the store on the 20th and was told to bring them back for a refund or exchange. Took off work drove 50 miles to the store and was refused by Manager Julee. Spoke with several Timberland people including Timberland.com and customer service all who said the store should have corrected the matter and that it was strange that Julee would not return or exchange these defective boots. I have received several apologies but no refund or exchange. I have since gone to north Face and purchased my son good quality boots, and placed the Trashy Timberland boots back in the original box.Timberland is unloading their defective product on the consumer refusing to correct the matter when caught and stealing your money. Why would I want to do business or buy another pair of defective boots from a company that treats it's consumer in this way . I plan on filing a civil action against the store to recoup my money and for damages. I am also considering a class action against Timberland for these fraudulent and unfair business practices Buyers Beware of this Store.

When I went, there was a line, but after I meandered around the shopping center, it had dissipated. What awaited me was a small store with a limited selection. Fitting rooms are apparently not a thing during corona, so shopping doesn't take long. They've made their return policy more generous to compensate, but if you can't try stuff on it makes me wonder what the point of a brick and mortar shop is, a question being asked worldwide right now. The discounts were decent; I found a couple of things that hopefully will fit my needs, but it wasn't a good enough use of my time that I needed to be here rather than shopping online.
