The staff seemed very nice, friendly, and helpful in my first visit to this office, and so did Dr…read more Chafin. I had a nerve blocker procedure done that day by Dr Chafin as well (in two areas of my neck due to migraines...and was new to this office and form of treatment but due to severity of my issue wanted to give it a go). I tried several times to my-chart Dr Chafin after this form of treatment about what was normal to expect since I was having more pain in my beck and down my shoulders after the procedure (not less pain which was the whole point of having it done). I was never messaged back by the doctor nor any of the staff or the nurses, and finally after messaging 3 times via my-chart I called in. They did finally call me back after I had called them and after they asked the doctor how to proceed, and let me know they could try the treatment once again if I would like. I am on the fence on all this since no one took the time to tell me the pros and cons of this, nor what was normal to expect (I still don't know), nor ever responded to any of my questions and concerns via my-chart when it showed they viewed the messages on my-chart. I know they must stay very busy, but just sending a message back or a follow up call from the messages I sent to address my questions and concerns would have meant a great deal to me personally. I truly don't feel it was too much to ask of them after waiting several days for a message back of any kind.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Chafin is wonderful and wants to help you out of pain! Have been seeing him…read morefor years and can't imagine going anywhere else for treatment!
