In the Summer of 2025, my partner and I were looking for a new dentist after our original dentist retired. I found Dr. Daligues online and gave their office a call after reading such good reviews. At the time, they weren't taking any new patients, but they let me know that they might be closer to the end of the year. Fast forward to Nov. 2025, I call back and they're accepting new patients. We are so glad we waited bc we've had such a great experience with Dr. Daligues and her staff so far! The office is bright and warm as soon as you walk in. I went here because my old dentist is not in network with my new insurance. I chose Dr. Daligues based on the high yelp score she has. I was disappointed because in our initial meeting she kept on pushing me to get procedures that seemed unnecessary. And she pushed hard. Some of her recommendations were things my old provider had mentioned, but some seemed out of left field. I am deeply disappointed with the service my father and I received at Dr. Caroline Daligues' office I feel compelled to share. We initially scheduled an appointment two months ago for my father to get dentures. After patiently waiting, my father finally had an examination and X-ray with Dr. Daligues. During this appointment, she noted his poor dental condition but informed us that she does not have experience with dentures. Instead, she advised us to seek another dentist for this procedure. This was confusing because when I asked the receptionist, Amy, why our appointment was booked for dentures despite Dr. Daligues' lack of experience, she confirmed that Dr. Daligues does perform some denture work. This inconsistency was troubling. Following Dr. Daligues' advice, we consulted another dentist who informed us that my father needs fillings for four teeth before getting dentures. Surprisingly, Dr. Daligues did not mention this, even though she identified two cracked teeth and several worn-out ones during her examination. Knowing Dr. Daligues was going on vacation soon, I attempted to call her office on June 14, 2024, during working hours but received no response, so I decided to visit the office in person. Upon arrival, I greeted Dr. Daligues, but she did not respond and walked away. I then spoke with Amy, informing her about the need for fillings before my father could get dentures. Amy's demeanor was very unprofessional. She attempted to start an argument and stated that Dr. Daligues does dentures, even though Dr. Daligues had told us she doesn't. Instead of trying to help, Amy accused me of complicating the process, despite Dr. Daligues' email from June 12, 2024, clearly stating that "dentures are not her specialty" and advising us to see another dentist or a prosthodontist. During our conversation, Amy said I was asking too many questions, even though I had only one question regarding when my father could get his fillings. I was very embarrassed for the office due to Amy's unprofessionalism. After much unnecessary back-and-forth, Amy finally asked what my question was. I reiterated that I simply needed to know when my father could get his fillings done. She stated she needed to check with my father's insurance first. Ten days later, on June 24, 2024, my father received a letter from Dr. Daligues dated June 14, 2024, stating that she was "withdrawing from further dental services" for my father "because it doesn't appear her office can establish the necessary relationship vital to the success of his treatment." I understand Dr. Daligues' lack of skill in treating my father's dental condition, and I appreciate her candidness in the letter. However, it would have been helpful to communicate this during our visit, avoiding all the back-and-forth. In conclusion, I am glad Dr. Daligues advised us to seek another dentist. My father has already received the necessary care and has gotten an impression for his dentures from another dentist without any drama or hassle. Like many others, I have dentophobia, and Dr. Daligues and her assistant always make me feel comfortable and relaxed before a procedure. The office space is small, yet cozy and warm. I trust Dr. Caroline Daligues. She has been my regular dentist since 2002. She has more than 20 years experience and has a good (artist's) eye for balance, symmetry, and beauty for your teeth as well as for their health. For a brief five-year period when I was unemployed, without dental insurance and on Medicaid, I visited several other dentists between 2013 and 2018. None took the care or interest in my teeth as earlier Dr. Daligues had and now continues to do since I recently returned and put myself under her care. Even the former dentists I had used during my five-year hiatus with Dr. Daligues informed me I should return to her because they could see that their own work on my teeth would not match or compete with the near-perfect professionalism and quality of her work. They knew their skills were inferior to hers. In my opinion, Dr. Daligues is the painterly equivalent of Botticelli when it comes to dental health and cosmetics. She has, as I've already said, an eye for balance, symmetry, and beauty in the way your teeth look and behave. She observes discrepancies, whether cosmetical or biological​ and discusses them with you. The results are beautiful. She has referred me several times to specialists when necessary and her judgment on these matters has always been on point and never wasteful. I've had surgeries as well as root canals, all successfully completed with her recommendation. Her admirably loyal staff members (Amy, Lori, and Jessalyn) are cooperative and pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled and respectful. I enjoy the lack of tension and sense of sociability that I find in her office, even when everyone is under pressure sometimes due to a busy schedule with patients and emergencies. Dr. Daligues has classical music playing in the background that is soft and not overwhelming or intrusive, which creates an extra layer of comfort for this patient. The dental chair is comfortable and easily moves backward and forward with no jolts or sudden maneuvers. The dental equipment isn't so close or all-encompassing that the patient feels closed in or suffocated by technology. There's even enough space to hang up your coat, hat, and other paraphernalia in the room. I do recall just a couple of understandable dental mishaps in the past. Dr. Daligues has always confronted the situation openly and generously, working hard to make good what had gone wrong and to redress whatever mistakes happened. Her deft handling of such embarrassing moments has surprised me, shortcutting any alarm or upset. I've also known her to cut me a financial break here and there for work she did on my gums or teeth but did not charge for. How can you not trust someone who cares, who shows impeccable professionalism and kindness at every visit, and continues to remain interested in the health and beauty of your teeth where the results justify the time and effort? I've been very proud of my teeth because of Dr. Daligues's work and I have been the recipient of many compliments throughout the years about them, both by dentists as well as by professionals who appreciate a good image -- all because of her and the high quality of her skill. It is abominable that Yelp has discriminatory policies that actually don't improve discernment and good judgment in consumer or business relations but do give certain reviewers license to publish bloated, illiterate or poorly written, obviously vengeful, bug-eyed crazy, negative reviews that are racist in bias and venomously full of creepy innuendoes/inSINuations and intentional slander, reviewers who don't even try to a present a balanced point of view, caring neither to show the actual skill or character of Dr. Daligues and her staff in the least nor even to display an ability or skill of their own to present, at minimum, a reasonable point of view that other consumers might respect and benefit from. Yelp allows these individuals to engage in public primal therapy at the expense of the individual's career, not caring if in doing so it maligns a professional and well-meaning woman who not only works hard and long to support herself, her family and her staff but her long-term patients as well, a woman who has earned through the years the respect of both her long-term patients and the community in which she does business. Other than the vague, one-sided, and unhelpful rule about "hate speech," Yelp has no ethical standard; especially missing is one for assessing or determining what is false​, and it, sadly, does not care about veracity at all. I've been going to Dr. Daligues for over a decade and while she has always done great work, she recently went above and beyond to save me a lot of pain, anguish and money. I had a sore tooth for several days and, having experienced this type of problem in the past - followed by a root-canal - I was reluctant to get such news again. So I waited a few more days hoping it would settle down. Unfortunately, it didn't. I called Ami and asked her if she could possibly fit me in the next couple of days since it was beginning to hurt so badly. Ami found (made) a spot for me the next day. Expecting to get the bad news, Dr Daligues examined me and said, "Let's try something first. It looks like it could be a bite problem and I can remedy that without too much trouble." She worked her magic and 15 minutes later I was out of her office with the hope that her suggested procedure would solve my painful problem. We'd know in a day or two. I'm very happy to say I called her this morning to say she is a genius and a miracle worker! Indeed, her gentle procedure was enough to solve my problem and my pain is virtually gone. Trust me when I say I was certain I needed a root-canal prior to seeing her (I know - I've a high-maintenance mouth), so this was such an unexpected and welcome outcome. All thanks to Dr. D, Ami, Lori, and the rest of her professional team. I can honestly say I wouldn't want anyone else working on my teeth. She is very important to my health and well being. Worst Dental office experience of my life I regret coming to this office. I should've stayed back when I looked at all the bad reviews and comments about her work ethics. This women is beyond racist, rude, disrespectful and her bedside manners makes me wonder where she got her credentials from. Amy her asst is just as bad. I had duel coverage with HumanaI. I loved Humana but my daughter turned 21 and she was unable to continue on my plan I later dropped it and continued with UnitedHealth Care HMO Dental insurance as my primary dental insurance. UHCD assigned me to her as my DR. I had UHCD since 2006. But never used it because Humana was my primary insurance at the time. I Used my card for the very first time Feb 1st 2018. I called and made an appt for a cracked tooth to be repaired. Amy ( Caroline asst) set me up for an appt to see Caroline. When I got there my experience wasnt and act of human kindness, compassion, barely any interaction from Caroline she wasn't friendly at all. Anyhow, she laid me down on the recliner looked at my tooth, took one xray of the tooth and told me to sit in the waiting room. She barely had 3 words to say to me I felt awkward:( Amy her asst did all the speaking for Caroline. She told me Caroline said I needed a root canal. She proceeded to call and look for referrals but kept insisting this was not her job to do it was actually the patients job to look for their own Dr.......I was literally lost for words at her comment. Amy complained to me for a about 45 mins about how complicated & difficult UHCD HMO plans are. Me being a new client I was confused on why she was telling me all this. Feb 14 2018 my tooth couldn't be saved so i got a tooth extraction but before doing so I called the office to speak to Ms Caroline for a second opinion since I was assigned this Dr. 'hell the woman barely wanted to get on the phone and talk to me. But she insisted by getting the tooth extraction and she been in business for over 20 yes she can make my extracted tooth beautiful. Moving forward; My daughter called Mar 2nd for the very first time as a client for a regular teeth cleaning. Amy scheduled her to come in for an appointment. My daughter left work early that day to make the appt it took her an hour to get to the office. When my daughter got there Caroline laid her down in the recliner took and Xray then told her to go to the waiting room. Amy her asst came out and told my daughter you need a DEEP cleaning it will be $400....... My daughter has never missed a dentist appointment for regular cleaning. So I told Amy please just give her a regular cleaning which was 100% covered by our insurance. Please no deep cleaning. Amy told my daughter she needs to look for another dentist because I'm only doing deep cleaning. Our office visis are free but she charged my daughter $5.00. I told them I have NEVER heard of a dentist that only does $400 deep cleaning and not regular cleaning. She did us morally wrong for new patients. The next day she FedEx me a letter to my house telling me that myself and my daughter had been dropped as clients. But before she did she still went on ahead and made appointments for my tooth implant and bridge work she claimed that she can make pretty. Her dropping me and my daughter set me back 5 months because i now hsve to see a new dentist to get my tooth fix. I have to wait to make an appe and find a new dentist HATE is an understatement of how I feel about this woman and her practice. She is beyond racist, rude, money hungry and should be fined. Just visited this office today. I was a bit scared after reading the low-starred reviews, but I decided to brave it out. I'm glad I did. Everyone was so friendly! Dr. Daligues was very kind and even took the time to ask details about my life (school, where I worked, where I'm from) to allow me to get comfortable with her before she started probing around in my mouth. Her assistant was very nice as well. I was impressed that she actually took digital images of my teeth and showed me my problem areas. Wow, never seen my mouth that up close and personal before! I could even see the small indentions on the surfaces of my teeth from grinding them at night. This also allows her to watch over potential areas (because, lets face it, who can remember that small speck of decay in a person's mouth you seen 6 months ago..). She gave me some suggestions and never pushed products or dental work. She even offered me samples of over-the-counter Sensodyne for my sensitive teeth. Facts: 1. She "graduated" from the University of the East in 1989 (in the Phillipines). I have yet to check and see if this is really true...I did not see any diplomas hanging in her office. 2. All the bad reviews about her are completely justified! She is very sloppy and not careful. I was getting a crown replaced, and while she was drilling she kept looking away to talk to her assistants, all the while she kept the drill running in my mouth while she was not even looking or paying attention. She scratched the back of my front teeth and gums while doing this. I should have learned my lesson and never gone back. However, she had taken my crown and I had a temporary one in. So I did go back to get my permanent one. As she began to drill the temporary crown out, something fell back in my throat. At first I thought it was my crown, until her and her assisatant started freaking out and flung me forward. I gagged up and spit out the DRILL BIT! I almost swallowed and choked on that thing. She didn't even tighten it or screw it in correctly. I also feel that she does unneccessary dental work. I was unable to afford a dentist and did not go for about 7 years. When I finally had some money to go for a check up, I feared the worst...lucky for me I only had one cavity. I then signed up for a student denatl plan which referred me to Daligues. I saw her and the first time I supposedly had 3-4 cavities, which she filled. A year later, I went back to her for another checkup and now I had about 8 new cavities (within less than a year?!?). I have not changed my diet, ate more sugar than normal or stopped brushing my teeth...so how is it possible that I have a buttload of new cavities in less than 1 year...unless I really don't. Or I do because of her shoddy work the first time around. Additionally, she rushes through the procedure and does not even allot a few extra minutes of her time to let patients ask questions about their procedures. You get the feeling that no one cares about you at this place and that they are only after your money. I only continued to go back because of my student dental insurance, which made her an affordable option...until she started tacking on all these unnecessary procedures. Did I mention that my new crown hurts and feels like it does not fit properly? My teect feel misaligned now and there is a lot of pressure in my lower jaw. Dental patients beware! read more

My family and coworkers are going to her too now (and also love her and the staff). You can not go wrong by choosing her. I came here for the first time for an exam. Dr. Dalingues has a lot of high tech equipment which may make it seem as though she is legit. She tested my gums and decided that it was imperative that I have a deep cleaning done... This would have run me $2000.00. I have had healthy gums and teeth my whole life, so I was a little shocked that my gums took such a downhill turn so quickly. I paid out of pocket and saw a highly recommended dentist that was not in my insurance network. He did the exact same tests literally 3 days later and said that any dentist who would recommend a deep cleaning on my gums is absolutely nuts. He said that if I came to him and requested a deep cleaning he would flat out refuse to do it. Beware of Dr. Dalingues. The staff is very warm and kind, and Dr. Daligues has always given me her full care and attention. Every part of the process - from appointment making to procedures and billing - was completely explained, simple and straightforward. I went in for an exam and they told me it's best for me to get a "deep cleaning." I had never had one before, and do take fairly good care of my teeth, but after seeing the images they took I could see a lot of places I was missing over the years that needed some attention. They explained what they would do and how much it would cost with the coverage I have - nothing surprising or hidden at all. During the procedure they always checked in with me to make sure I was okay and wasn't feeling any pain - which I greatly appreciated. Aside from a little sting of the anesthetic needle, I never felt pain during or after the process. My gums were barely even sore after the anesthetic wore off - to me thats a sign of a job well done, and a job done with care and skill. DO NOT GO to this Dentist, very poor practice and she does not know what she is doing, I went for a cap on my teeth she could not stop bleeding while she was putting cap on my teeth and once some how she stopped bleeding her assistance was not ready with the cap, making her pissed off and the end result was that I have a gap between between my gums and cap I came to know as they were discussing in front of me in Philipino language not knowing I know lil bit of Tagalog The worst part was she was not even sorry about it and staring came to a conclusion that the cap will not last long and I will have to get it replace BAD BAD EXPERIENCE I will never go to her back again. read more
