Caroll's been, cutting, styling, and coloring my hair for the last 12 years. When I started seeing her it was dull, lifeless, dry and brittle. Now, it's healthy, shiny, and the cut enhances my best features. I've been going to Caroll for 30 YEARS - yes, 30! That alone speaks to the quality of her work, and her personality. She coiffed my hair beautifully for my wedding in 1993, has given my boys haircuts when they were born and beyond, and has experimented with colors on me over the years - all of which I love, the most current being a gorgeous auburn. She's become a trusted friend and knows all my secrets, like a truly good stylist should! And, she knows when to tell me "no." She has a vast knowledge of hair care products and the industry. I'm really picky about my hair stylists, so I feel very fortunate to have had Caroll recommended to me. She is very talented, and I always love my haircuts. I hadn't had a cut since January of this year and finally went in this week when Lush reopened. Though I could have passed for 'Cousin It' by this point, my hair was still very manageable which I attribute to the excellent quality of my haircut by Caroll back in January. Went out on a limb this week and had Caroll add highlights to my hair. The last time I'd colored my hair was 25-30 years ago, and I only did it this time because I know what an excellent colorist Caroll is. Caroll is the only person I trust doing my hair! I never go to anyone else to cut, color, or do anything to my hair. Caroll has been styling my hair more than 18 years and I have always loved what she does for my hair. Caroll is professional, talented, and knows a lot about all types of hair. I have seen Carol for several years through a reference. I am so glad I found her and would follow her across state lines if I had to. I have not had a bad haircut or a bad hair day, seriously. I have long hair and she does not cut off anymore than I ask her to. She is just someone who is meant for the service industry because how you feel afterwards matters to her. She really is that good! She is the ONLY stylist who works with my natural hair texture, so I don't have to spend an hour with a flat iron to have great hair. Caroll IS the hair goddess. She has been doing my hair for about 4 years and I will not let anybody near my hair but her! She has seen me through some interesting times with my hair and made it look fabulous no matter what old Mother Nature and outside influences were throwing at me. Even when I get a wild notion she will make it doable and happen or smack me upside my head and talk me down from the crazy. I trust her totally. I get in her chair and can just relax and have a lovely visit while she works knowing that I will look fabulous when she is done. She is good at so many many things.
