I talked to the owner, Le, and said it wasn't to my satisfaction and he was willing to alter it for no additional charge. I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

This woman (probably in her 60s) looked gorgeous and told Anna multiple times the dress was her size and she couldn't return it. Anna's comments about her body and the dress were not very kind. When it was my turn I showed her the dress which I wanted taken in just a little and she said she wouldn't because that was the way the dress was supposed to be. I was sad I waited in line. The next tailor I went to quickly understood what I wanted and gave me a couple of other tips for how to make the dress work better for my body type as well. I won't be back here.

Since going to Dobbin Tailor, I have taken 5 suit jackets, 10 pairs of pants, and a sweater to this guy. All have come out perfect! One thing I have been having him do is taper my pant legs. He does an amazing job on them. My friend has been using him for shortening his suit jackets, a particularly complex operation, which has always resulted with impeccable results. The guy really can do anything. The only reason anyone would have a problem with his services is because he can't do the impossible. He will tell you if something isn't feasible. This man has decades of experience and knows his stuff.
