I found this business through a Google search, which led me to Yelp. The reviews were good, so I decided to move forward with contacting the business. Since I did not know their process, I called first. The process for drop-offs/fittings and pick-ups is scheduled through the website. While on the call, I asked some questions and was provided with a good amount of information to feel confident about scheduling the appointment. The website scheduling process was simple. On the day that I dropped off my garment, the process was pretty quick. I tried on the item and we discussed the alterations. I think the entire visit was about 10-15 minutes. We discussed when I wanted to pick it up, as well as pricing and payment options. We verbally set a pickup day, but it also required a scheduled appointment, so I immediately set a specific appointment for a few days later. When I picked up the item, I tried it on and the alterations were exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, I am pleased with the alterations. I would definitely return. I paid using my phone, so it was great. Comparatively speaking, I think her prices are pretty competitve with other cleaners and tailors in the area. read more

Absolutely unprofessional. I brought in two suits to have the sleeves shortened and the work was a disaster. The linings weren't shortened or even stitched back together. Despite having them for two weeks, she missed the date they were supposed to be ready and I had to make a second trip to pick them up. I ended up paying another tailor to repair the damage (still unsure if they can be salvaged). I asked for a refund of the repair cost and never got a response. My mother and I were looking for someone to make some corrections on her dress. We are so glad we found Natasha. It is very simple to make an appointment. You go to their website and pick a drop-off time. Do the same for the pickup. We dropped the dress off on the 15th of July. My mother got measured, and they told us an affordable price and a reasonable time frame to come pick it up. We picked it up on the 21st. My mother was amazed when I brought her the dress. She said it looked completely different, and we will be coming back. I dropped off two outfits and some fabric to Natasha's shop and asked that she duplicate the outfits using the fabric I brought as I needed them for a wedding. Natasha did a wonderful job replicating the outfits, so much so that they fit the first time and we did not need any additional alterations. Natasha made alterations on my wedding dress for my 10 year vow renewal. Overall I was pleased with the final result but there were some challenges. Initially, I wasn't satisfied about how the zipper area, which was behind a column of buttons, didn't lay flat along my butt. I took my dress home and had to return to get it fixed correctly. There were some added challenges with the language barrier but with patience and persistence Natasha was able to fix the area to my satisfaction. The hem line was done well and she installed and later adjusted the button to gather my train without hesitation. Natasha is very flexible and accommodating. I have to purchase scrubs for my new job, and the selections are limited. The 2 styles offered are NOT flattering, and despite ordering based on required measurements, I felt like I was legit in a potato sack when they came to me. Outstanding work on leather jacket alterations! It is so hard to find someone who can make alterations on a leather jacket, but she did a fantastic job. For $60 she turned my leather jacket into such a great fit. I would have had to pay close to $1,000 to find a jacket in store that fits so well.
