I looked over the repaired area very thoroughly trying to find something that was done incorrectly/poorly, and couldn't find anything. This company was the only one in the area that had a direct affiliation with my insurance company, so I started there. I spoke with Chris who was bad-tempered, impatient and not helpful. I was trying to understand the process as he was explaining it, i.e., it would take sooo much longer than my insurance estimate and have sooo much more damage than the photos would show, so I could not gauge how long they would have my vehicle (which was something I need to know as I travel for work). When I told him this, that I needed to plan around my schedule, He ended up telling me I should just go somewhere else and hung up on me.
