Extremely friendly & great prices & the rim was perfectly round, super job. I spoke with the owner, he's very likeable, he's a Vet, like me. Everyone there was happy, joking around. To me, happy workers mean you'll get quality work. I own a Lucid, which weighs in at 5,200lbs. Hitting a pothole with this car almost guarantees a blowout and a bent rim with the short sidewalls. I am sure I will be seeing them again. Oh yeah, when you go there, you'll have to look hard for them, they are set back, a bit and look like they're closed, go in the parking lot and go around to the back.

I asked Mark, the owner, where the name Pinky's came from. He explained that they are a female friendly establishment!! I greatly appreciate that because I have been taken advantage of way too many times in the past by dishonest mechanics! Also, they just like the color pink so the name stuck, voila!! My brakes needed repair and Mark spent so much time with me, after the repair, explaining why they wore so quickly. It was because I wasn't braking correctly! Now I try to pay more attention to this! Another time my husband gave me a coupon he had for a special they were running for an oil change, which is what I was bringing my car in for. I usually speak with Stephanie, in customer service, at the front desk. She is the nicest person and the epitome of what customer service should be. She goes out of her way to accomodate you and is extremely efficient! This particular day though, I dealt with Aggie, part owner of Pinky's. The coupon was for part synthetic oil but my car took full synthetic oil so Aggie told me the cost beforehand, which wasn't really much more anyway! Another time, my tire had a slow leak because I ran over a nail. My tire was patched and a year later it's still fine. My daughter has a 2013 Hyundai which has needed a lot of work over the past year. Mark diagnosed everything accurately and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price with a long term warranty! I also have to comment on the waiting area and bathroom as I'm one to pay attention to detail. The waiting area is clean and tidy with a TV and snack machine so it's very comfortable should you choose to wait for your car. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy and.... there's PINK toilet paper!!! That's just awesome!! If you are looking for a great and honest Mechanic, your search stops here! With Hondaman, every visit has been incredible. If you need something fixed, they'll make it almost new. They're very honest with their work and will confirm with you before doing anything additional, whereas other places I've been to will do what they think is "important", then charged me for it after the fact. Hondaman will advise you of anything that needs to be done after they finish what you went to them for. Plus, their prices are reasonable and affordable. I've never felt like I had to break the bank during my visits. In short, they are my wife's and my go-to mechanic and I absolutely recommend them.
