Told him airtight do your thing. He proceeded to then to continue what he was doing as I stood walking around isles clueless. 10 mins past and I just said fugit I'll ask the guy at the front. Stood in line and a couple were ahead of me. He sounded so polite and gave excellent service to them. As soon as they were done, I barely had a chance to finish my question and he abruptly said "Hang on, I have another customer on the line that I need to finish an order for." AT this point, I'm like wtf is this place so I walked out. Never I have ever experience such crap customer service. These 2 clowns weren't busy and could have spared me 1 min of their time to simply answer if they carried a product. I ended up ordering the part from Amazon and had it sent same day. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive.
